Re: Hot Pursuit (10:08pm August 2, 2009):

The economy hasn't affected my book buying. I do get most all the hardcovers I read from the library. By the way, I work in our county library system, and yes the economy is hitting us hard. We do get all the best sellers, just not many copies, and they have to serve the main library and 6 branches! It can be quite frustrating. We can order or borrow books from other libraries if we don't have them so that helps alot. Everyone please donate your unwanted books - it's for a good cause!!

Re: Loving a Lost Lord (10:24pm July 6, 2009):

Hi! Can't wait to read Loving a Lost Lord. Got it on order at my library (I'm the librarian) and all my "ladies" love your books! So do I!

Re: The Guernsey Literary And Potato Peel Pie Society (9:38pm July 5, 2009):

I wasn't going to mention any books that I didn't particulary like but I have to agree about Morning Light by CA. I didn't like all the religion and preachiness in the book, but overall I did like the book, even if i did think it was not one of her better ones. Thankfully, her newest one was awesome! Sometimes, if I think the book will be could and I'm just not in the mood for that genre, I will put it down and come back to it. If I still can't get into after 50 or 60 pages, I just put it into the swap pile!

Re: Everywhere She Turns (12:24pm July 4, 2009):

Well, I don't really have a story to tell, just wnated to let you know that I was lucky enough to get my copy of Everywhere She Turns earlier tonight at the Wal-Mart store!!Woo-Hoo!! Can't wait to read it. I LOVE your books. Have a happy and safe 4th.

Re: Love At First Flight (12:16pm July 4, 2009):

Can't wait to read it! Happy and safe 4th!!

Re: A Stroke of Magic (10:25pm July 1, 2009):

I haven't had a chance to read your books yet, but I will make it a point to pick them up! I'd say on the quirky scale, I'm probably a 4!!

Re: Wild Heart (11:06pm June 29, 2009):

Great cover! Look forward to reading this one!!

Re: Loving a Lost Lord (5:41pm June 27, 2009):

Hi there! Yes, sometimes I notice that alot of books that I read (and I do read ALOT of books!!) have similar or same sounding plots, but they are usually different enough that it doesn't bother me. Most of the time it's not even by the same authors, just similar plots. I'm bad to "stalk" the Wal-Mart boxes for new releases! They are so slow putting them out. Have a great weekend.

Re: The Scot And I (12:37pm June 26, 2009):

It doesn't bother me a bit when a favorite author changes genres - I simply follow them!!

Re: Seducing an Angel (12:07pm June 23, 2009):

Hi Mary! I love your books! I'm a librarian in my small town and I've introduced "my ladies" to you and they all love you, too. Can't your books fast enough!! You really brighten our days with your books. Hope to read many more.

Re: Pulling The Trigger (12:02pm June 23, 2009):

I like the covers for the most part of the new Intriques - but it really ticks me off for the covers not to match the description of the hero or heroine in the book!!

Re: Dial Emmy For Murder (10:37pm June 21, 2009):

I'd love to win a copy of this book it's sounds great!!

Re: Queen Takes King (10:33pm June 21, 2009):

Hi! Thanks for the photos and telling how to make them larger! Cool pictures!!

Re: A Thread Of Truth (10:30pm June 21, 2009):

Usually typos don't bother me. Generally errors don't bother me too much!

Re: Jump (11:04pm June 19, 2009):

This sounds like a great book!! I'd love to win a copy.

Re: Final Approach (7:19pm June 8, 2009):

I'm guilty of a lot of those myself except the 10:30 bedtime - are you kidding? I'll stay up till 12:30 or 1 reading!! Just can't quit, especially if I'm close to the end of the book!

Re: The Promise (10:24pm June 6, 2009):

Hi TJ! Just signed up for the newsletter and checked out the blog - it's great! Haven't read any of your books yet - but will keep my eye out for them!

Re: Beneath Bone Lake (10:18pm May 28, 2009):

Snakes, definitely! I don't care what kind, I'm not hanging around to get acquainted with them!! I want them gone!

Re: Taking Flight (10:31pm May 19, 2009):

I like reading romances because they have happy endings! there is enough tragedy in the world, I want to read something to make me happy! To heck with what everyone says.

Re: Last Gasp (10:49pm April 9, 2009):

Carla, I have enjoyed your books for a long time now! I can't wait to get my hands on Last Gasp. Your books are SO hard to put down, just want to read them straight through!! Happy Easter

Re: Flipping Out (10:43pm April 9, 2009):

Hi Tanzey!
All the books lok great, but the 2 I'm most eagerly awaiting are Riding on Instinct and Deadlock!! Love reading your column.

Re: Scandal (9:49pm March 6, 2009):

I love historicals because they are good escape reading! I like reading about the "lords & ladies" and plain "misses" lived back in the day. they are just plain fun! Whitney, My Love is my all time fav. I also love all of Catherine Coulter's historical's - they are just too funny! Lisa Kleypas is also a terrific writer. I could go on & on!
