I'm grateful to have a roof over my head, and a Husband to share my life with, and be there for me, while I'm going through health difficulties. I'm grateful that I had the strength to finally face up to issues in my life, and see them for what they were, not for what I hoped they would be. This enabled me to be stronger mentally as a person, and clear personal clutter out of my life. I'm grateful that we were able to have 2 adorable kittens added to our family, and they have been the loves of our life!! We've had them since birth, and they look to us almost as parents. At 8 months, it's been an amazing journey, watching them grow up, and they bring us a lot of joy, laughter, and love. What I'm most grateful for is that this year is almost over, and I feel that the coming year is going to be a really good one for me. Have a Happy and Healthy New Year!! I have learned to be grateful in whatever situation I find myself. I immerse myself in the times of joy and drink it in as a man in the desert who finds an oasis; in times of trouble, I remind myself "This, too, shall pass." Life is too short to worry about those things you cannot change. Thank you for this chance to win a book from a 'new to me' author. (Gail Goodenough 7:47pm December 29, 2012)

Time is going by so quickly but I am thankful for the chance to create memories with loved ones and friends.
