Re: The Vampire Diaries: The Awakening

Angelus is the most vicious and dangerous by far. It was incredible how far he went to terrorize Buffy. He showed no conscience what so ever. A future smackdown should involve Spike!

Well, since I've never watched either show (don't get those channels!!) I dont really know who is worse!!!

Damon is cold and calculating but Angelus is worse because he has a soul sometimes there for hes worse since he shows both sides Damons more maniputalive then brutal so angel hands down and Vikki is right next one should involve spike

I've never seen either of those shows.

I don't have a preference for the next smackdown (although I LOVE the idea of doing smackdowns {fantastic idea that I thank you for}). As far as this weeks smackdown... I agree with the others. Damon is more manipulative than brutal so I think Angelus would win. The only way I could see Damon winning is if he manipulated Angelus into a trap. I haven't seen much of Angelus in action to know whether trapping him is a possibility but I've seen enough to believe that in a head on fight, Angelus would win.

Angelus: no question, no doubt. What a smackdown that would be though.

Angelus! No contest!

Angelus! Everyone else, even Spike were merely neophytes.

I don't like the ideas about smackdowns, but it sure makes fighting and taking sides more interesting. The power plays makes for exciting writing.

Angelus all the way!

Much as I hate to do this, my vote may have to be for Damon. He seems more manipulative and more of a long-term planner, calmer and cooler. Angelus in the "heat of the moment" might take the fight but I'm not sure Damon would let himself be positioned for that type of fight - unless it was w/Stefan. Angelus has shown more than once that you can use his anger and other emotions against him (by Faith most recently) so . . . *sigh* I guess my vote is for Damon. Darn it.

Future smack down - how about some lady vamps? Maybe Darla from Buffy/Angel versus Christina from Blood Ties?

Angelus! Angelus! Angelus!!!
