Re: A Cowboy Never Quits (9:36am January 13, 2020):
I love Gina Maxwell's books! I just finished Hook! OMG!!! I love cowboys because of how loyal they always seem to be and of course how strong their bodies usually are! ;)
Re: The One for You (12:06pm January 1, 2020):
I try to always live a happy, positive life so I don't really do New Year resolutions. I could always say lose more weight but the older I get, the less that happens!

Re: Make Me Up (12:00pm February 18, 2015):
No, I'm not a big makeup wearer. Now nail polish is another story. I'm a nail polish whore! You name a shade, I'm sure I've got it.

Fun write up. I loved this story! Get it, you won't be disappointed!
Re: One Night of Sin (5:30pm August 11, 2014):
I prefer no cliff hangers. Sometimes I will wait until all parts are out and then read all the books at once.
Try the author Alannah Lynne. Her first nook Savin' Me is currently free on Amazon. I really like her.
Re: Her Secret, His Surprise (8:10pm July 30, 2014):

I love the character of Rick Castle. He is so funny and smart at the same time!
Re: A Doctor for Keeps (8:48am July 3, 2014):
I have avoided people. Not usually because I don't want to talk to them, it's more because I didn't have the time to.

Re: Wicked Little Secrets (9:37am May 15, 2014):
I didn't know that unmarried women were not allowed to be alone with a young male.
I also didn't know that they used to put real candles on their Christmas trees! How crazy is that!

I think anything with Nathan Fillion would be the correct answer, no matter the question! ;)
Re: Lighten Up (12:04pm April 25, 2014):
I coached my 3 daughter's softball teams. I had 22 teams over the years. It was mostly the dad's coaching, not the mom's but I didn't care. It was always funny how the male coaches would treat me. They assumed I didn't have a clue!
Re: A Broken Kind Of Beautiful (12:01pm April 25, 2014):
Honesty. I think if a person is truly honest, that makes them beautiful.
Re: The Ace (9:43am April 11, 2014):
I love an infield hit. They are exciting, fast and hard to get unless there is an error on a fielder. I also love when players steal home on a bunt!
Re: Playing It Close (9:37pm April 8, 2014):
I have never seen a rugby match but I do think sexy and for some reason I also think Gerard Butler!
Re: Rising Assets (12:04pm April 3, 2014):
People being unorganized. We were at Disney World last week and waiting for our food in those lines was crazy. They take the orders quickly, but the people in the back getting it together needed help. At times we'd see our tray sitting there for 3 - 5 minutes just waiting for someone to hand it to us. Every time this happened, I'd tell my hubby "If I was running this, they would be doing this and not doing that." He just humored me.
Re: Dash of Peril (11:59am April 3, 2014):

I had made a trip to Washington DC for work, rented a car and drove all over. Even drove 1 hour away to visit a cousin.
Re: Mustang Sassy (1:18pm March 5, 2014):
Anything country usually makes me happy. If I need to feel empowered, it's Adele. Love her attitude!
When I first read the blurb and it said about trashing a '67 Mustang, I'm like who would do that? But then when I saw it was the wrong Mustang, that cracked me up! ;)
Re: The Trouble With Honor (10:51am February 26, 2014):
This sounds good! I like the name Honor and George sounds like a fun ;) guy!
Re: Hot Rock (10:48am February 26, 2014):

Re: One Rogue Too Many (11:46am January 16, 2014):
My first crush was a boy in the 4th grade named Cory. He was really good at kickball on the playground and I loved playing kickball too. We went on one date finally in the 7th grade. He took me fishing. I don't like to fish, but it was fun being with him!

Re: Now or Never (11:40am January 16, 2014):
It's never too late. I love the stories of the couple who were high school sweethearts who reconnect 50 yrs later and get married! So sweet.
Re: Last Chance Proposal (1:31pm December 10, 2013):
I have never had an upside Christmas but something I couldn't do without is putting up a real Christmas tree. We always go and cut one down. This year's is about 11 feet tall. It takes about 2 days to decorate with all the ornaments I have but I love it!

I am most grateful for my family and my health.
Re: Hard As It Gets (8:53am November 25, 2013):
I think my favorite would be Kevin from Jill Shalvis' Always on my Mind. He is a funny great dane.
Re: Home for Christmas (8:50am November 25, 2013):
Ornaments are my favorite. I collect them and probably have at least 800! I put up 3 trees....big, real one in great room....skinny, fake one in foyer with all the girly ornaments (I have 3 daughters) and a mini, fake one in the dining room for my miniature ornaments. Then since each kid has been born, they have gotten an ornament every year. All of these are on the garland that is on the stairs railing and the loft. These ornaments they will keep when they move out. It probably takes me 3 days just to do the ornaments.
Re: The Wedding Game (12:07pm November 24, 2013):
If I was single with no prospects in sight, sure. It might turn out fun! ;)
Re: A Song At Twilight (9:44am November 18, 2013):
I like the working couples. I like having a strong heroine who goes against the grain. My favorite would be one I just finished.....Sabrina Jeffries' When the Rogue Returns. The heroine is a jeweler and the hero is an investigator. Great story!
Re: Once A Seal (10:05am November 15, 2013):
I've been lucky...my hubby is almost always around and is a very helpful guy. I can't imagine going through marriage / kids with my hubby gone a lot.
Re: Bikers and Pearls (8:33am November 12, 2013):
My favorite passion is reading. As a kid I would hide under my covers at bedtime with my Girl Scout flashlight and stay up reading. Now as an adult I read just about every day. What can I say, I'm a sucker for a happy ending!
Re: How To Handle A Highlander (10:33am November 8, 2013):
Sounds like you are a very good sewer. I can make the kids Halloween costumes but nothing super fancy. Half the time I'd have to ask my hubby if he could understand the instructions. He has no idea how to sew, but he's an engineer and can figure things out easily!
Re: A Midsummer Bride (10:29am October 31, 2013):
Smart! I love smart women!

The clothes. I just love the looks of the dresses the women wear.
Re: Because Of Audrey (8:58am October 25, 2013):

Belle from Beauty and the Beast is my favorite. Maybe the Beast ends up eating her! ;)
Re: Her Accidental Boyfriend (9:39am October 14, 2013):
I had dated a guy for 1 1/2 yrs. It was the middle of 11th grade and we broke up. I decided I needed a break...no more boyfriends, just hanging with girlfriends. Well 2 months later I met the guy who swept me off my feet and married him 7 years later. We have been married for 24 years now!
Re: Snowbound With The Soldier (10:13pm October 10, 2013):
Today is my mom's birthday. My sister and I took her out to lunch. After we are done eating SHE gives my sister and I a card. Inside she writes Happy Birthday to me! She gave each of us money and told us to go buy something fun with it! Only my wonderful mom!
Re: One Night in the Spa (10:58am October 8, 2013):
Congrats and good for you! My hubby played a lot of racquetball in his 20's. He was in a league and I used to just watch. I played a few times but it was never my thing. I enjoyed softball better. Good luck in your competition!
Re: Love and Other Games (10:34pm October 6, 2013):
Put on a fire and turn the lights out to watch TV. It is fun and romantic!
Re: The Training (9:30am October 2, 2013):
I read your first paragraph and laughed. I'm the same on everything except for the speeding ticket. I have had a few of those. I think I'm meant to be a race car driver in another life! ;)
Re: Long Shot (10:43am October 1, 2013):
Ooh....I think men in kilts and in my mind thinks Gerard Butler and Liam Neeson. Ahhhh! ;)

Fresh apple cider. Our friends own an apple farm and make the best!
Re: To Wed A Wicked Highlander (3:27pm September 20, 2013):
Getting them ready for 3rd or 7th grade wasn't so bad. This year I moved daughter #1 (in her 3rd year of college) into an unfurnished apartment...fun...fun...fun! Oh, ya...next day moved daughter #2 for her 1st year of college. Getting daughter #3 ready for 11th grade was a piece of cake. By then it is just pens, pencils, loose paper and folders or binders.
Re: True Spies (1:08pm September 13, 2013):
This sounds like such a fun storyline. I cannot imagine being married to someone, but not really in a marriage and then to find out they are not who you thought they were. :)
Re: The Sheik Retold (9:23am September 13, 2013):
This sounds awesome! Thanks for the chance!

Re: Love Him or Leave Him (9:34pm August 28, 2013):
I was in college in the 80's so the only books I was reading were college text books!
I loved First Lady. Nealy and Mat together when they first met had me laughing out loud. It was awesome!
Re: Surrender To Sultry (8:59am August 22, 2013):
This is an awesome series. Currently reading Surrender to Sultry now. Don't include me in the the contest...I own all the books.
Re: Cowboy Seeks Bride (8:56am August 22, 2013):
I hate to see a series end. You do become attached to the community. Case in point is Debbie Macomber's Cedar Cove series. I just love that feisty Olivia.
I haven't read your books but this one sounds good. Thanks.
Re: Wicked Beat (8:48am August 22, 2013):
I love a guy with humor!

Re: Italian Affair (10:41pm August 10, 2013):
I love Olivia from Debbie Macomber's Cedar Cove series. She went through a lot, but finally got her happy ending. What she went through seemed real life.
Re: Love On A Midsummer Night (3:26pm August 8, 2013):
I sure hope I have no regrets later in life. I try to make every day count! Thanks for the giveaway.
Re: What the Bride Wore (12:40pm August 6, 2013):
Hopefully Ohio was nice to you. We have been having decent weather. I'm guessing you were on the Turnpike (I-80). Thanks for the chance.
Re: Rugged Hearts (8:48am July 24, 2013):
My 8th grade math teacher would probably be the biggest who would be unexpected. During her class (back in 1979), she showed us a key punch reader machine which was used for computer programming back in the day. I was mesmerized. I decided I wanted to go to college (first and only one in my family) and be a computer programmer. I did this profession for 20 years until I decided to "retire" and be home with my 3 daughters.
Thanks for the chance. This books sounds fun and I sure enjoy that cover! ;)

Re: One Night (1:59pm June 24, 2013):

Re: True (4:10pm June 2, 2013):
College for me was good and bad. I had just met my hubby as he was just starting college and I was deciding where to go. We ended up going to different colleges not knowing if things would last. Well, we did last and 7 yrs after meeting we got married. Last week was our 24th anniversary! It would have been fun being together, but I did have fun with my best friend instead.
Re: Long Simmering Spring (10:07am June 1, 2013):
I'm a very open person and tend to tell people too much. It drives my kids crazy!
Re: Changing Lanes (9:19am May 16, 2013):
I wouldn't want to change anything. I'm a few years away from 50 and I love where I am right now. In 2 years all 3 will be in college and I am looking forward to being empty nesters. I like our "just us" time. Our lives are so hectic with everything our 3 girls do it will be nice to slow down.
Re: The Practice Proposal (1:30pm May 12, 2013):
Baseball players do it for me. I love the way they walk. The slight bowing of their legs. And I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE they way their muscles are built. Not too huge (like football) but just right. Nice arms. Ahhhh..... ;)

I have always loved Jon Bon Jovi. I love his dedication to his wife and kids.
Re: Abby Road (12:43pm April 13, 2013):
I love the water! My favorite beach would be the one from my honeymoon on Antigua. You could be in water 30 feet deep and see down to the bottom! Temps around 80 ALWAYS and a perfect breeze. And blue...the water is a perfect teal blue, not green. Aah....
Re: Sweet Madness (10:57am April 5, 2013):
Teal blue is my favorite color..and I think it does match me. I was just discussing colors with one of my girls because we are painting her room and she was trying to convince me to go with a dark purple and all the reasons why! We didn't go really dark, but dark enough!
Re: A Shot Of Sultry (11:35am March 28, 2013):
When hubby and I first started dating, I was 17 and he was 18. We met in May and he left for college in September. The night before he left, he gave me a gold charm that said I LOVE YOU. He told me it was so I could see every day that he loved me. Still have it 31 1/2 years later. :)
Don't add me to the contest. Already have and read this wonderful book. Just thinking of Trey makes me melt! ;)

Re: The Billionaire's Baby SOS (9:39am February 1, 2013):
Can't think of any books I have read that have a large family. My Grandma came from a family of 10 kids...so when her entire family got together it was at a rented hall for a special occasion. My mom had 44 first cousins (not including spouses!) I only had a brother and a sister, and 7 first cousins so it is harder to relate.
Happy February and thanks for the chance to win.

Re: A Little Bit Wicked (9:26am December 29, 2012):
I set goals but don't always accomplish them. I can be a procrastinator as my husband likes to point out! Good luck with the exercising. Since May, hubby and I have been going to the Y to workout 3 times a week. For the most part, we actually have been doing it!
Happy New Year!
Re: Captive Of The Border Lord (11:20am December 20, 2012):
Our family it was always funny stuff. My dad was an over the road truck driver. He came home on a Saturday morning and no one was home. A good friend of the family was expecting her first baby any day. He went to the neighbors and they weren't home. So he assumed Sharon had her baby and went to the hospital. Ends up we were grocery shopping and the neighbors were just not home. Hearing him tell the story was funny because he really thought the baby was coming! Still makes me laugh 30 years later!
Re: Just A Cowboy And His Baby (9:55pm December 14, 2012):
I actually like both types of stories. Most of the time I'd say a little fighting is good. Once in a while I just need an "everything is always wonderful" book.
Re: A Seal At Heart (9:52pm December 14, 2012):
My hubby...we've been together 30 years...no one I trust more! And my three teenage daughters! They add more joy to my life than I thought possible!
Re: Christmas Confidential (2:25pm November 28, 2012):
I love Christmas too! I love the craziness! Every year we cut down a tree. In our house we can get up to a 16 foot tree. Since those are hard to find we usually end up with a 12 - 14 ft. I collect ornaments so besides the big, real tree I have a 9 ft fake tree with all girly ornaments (since I have 3 daughters) and a 4 ft fake tree with all my mini ornaments. I decorate the house inside and out. The week before Christmas I start my baking. I do about 7 different types of cookies including my Grandma's Kolachy cookies. The girls and I bake cut out sugar cookies and they get to decorate them. Sugar crystals and frosting are all over my kitchen but that's the fun of it. Now that they are teens they at least look more appetizing! We go to Christmas Eve 4:00 pm mass and then everyone comes over our house for the Christmas Eve meal of lasagna every year! After everyone leaves and the kids are in bed, my hubby and I always give our ornament to each other before we go to bed. The house is quiet and just the tree is on. This has been our traditions for the last 24 years!
Re: Love Me If You Dare (7:04pm February 14, 2011):
Valentine's Day to me is not about flowers, or candy or cards....it's about being with the people you love doing the things you love to do! Tonight I made homemade pizza in the shape of a heart for the family! That's fun!
