Re: The Master & the Muses (1:54pm June 28, 2010):

My perfect Hero is strong and has a soft heart.

Re: Sworn To Protect (12:35pm June 25, 2010):

These are my types of read. Can't wait to start reading.

Re: Down By The River (5:37pm February 1, 2010):

I read more Philippa Gregory, and some romantic time-travel. I always pick one from to read list then I try something completely different, then I enjoy as much as possible.

Re: Drive Time (5:30pm February 1, 2010):

If people ask me to keep a secret, I do tell them I will tell my spouse. If they still want me to know, great, I do keep a secret. I never keep a secret from my husband unless its something for him, a surprise or a gift.

Re: The Secret Of Joy (4:32pm January 28, 2010):

Sounds like an interesting book, can't wait to read it.

Re: Forbidden Heat (6:43pm January 27, 2010):

That's why reading to me is so enjoyable. Fantasies take on a whole different aspect when you read something to give it a boost. I like your research style, sounds like fun.

Re: Hold On Tight (6:40pm January 26, 2010):

I rarely look up a unfamiliar word, usually I can figure it out by the context of the story. If I'm really stumped and it's something vital to the story, I will look it up.

Re: Dead Head (6:12pm January 21, 2010):

Good choice on color, red is a definite pick-me-up. Have a smashing time!

Re: Forget Me Not (10:20am January 13, 2010):

Thank you, what an inspiration. My faith has kept me going thru thick and thin. You are right sometimes it's just fumes, but it comes back stronger then ever. Good luck to you.

Re: My Dearest Mr. Darcy (10:59pm January 7, 2010):

When Baby Grace is born on Little House on the Praire. All along Ma said it was a boy, then had a girl, but loved her just the same.

Re: Dangerous Highlander (9:18am January 4, 2010):

Well its nice you have a editor, who you're satisfied with her titling your books. I think after all your hard work, it should be your priviledge to title it. Oh well, such is life.

Re: Searching For Pemberley (7:12pm December 22, 2009):

I love the Austen books, and the movie adaptations. You're right about the need to read the books to get the true feel of the author.

Re: Gentlemen Prefer Succubi (5:21pm December 18, 2009):

Thanks for the recipes, something I'll definitely try.

Re: The Beautiful Being (4:05pm December 17, 2009):

When I was younger, I thought, thru my love of reading, I could write a book. I had the idea but not the drive or ambition. It takes a special person to sit down and craft a novel, a story people will enjoy. Now I just sit back and enjoy all the great stories out there.

Re: Divorced, Desperate and Deceived (3:48pm December 17, 2009):

P.S. I love the cover of your book. Between my daughter and myself, we have 5 pugs. You gotta love a pug!

Re: Divorced, Desperate and Deceived (3:47pm December 17, 2009):

A hero would never say, if the lady becomes ill or disabled in someway, I'm outta here. Love is perfect in their eyes no matter what happens on the outside.

Re: Keeper Of The Way (5:12pm December 10, 2009):

These books sound like something my daughter-in-law would enjoy. A little something to keep warm with:)

Re: Love in Translation (5:06pm December 10, 2009):

I have only traveled in the US and Canada so far but maybe in the future we'll visit another country. The book sounds interesting.

Re: Urgent Care (1:12pm December 9, 2009):

All I could think of when I read this blog was, Oh my goodness I hope the crazies are not reading this:)

Re: Sounds to Die By (1:06pm December 9, 2009):

My sister would love this book. She has a hard time getting around so she enjoys reading as an escape.

Re: My Unfair Lady (1:30pm December 4, 2009):

Very interesting blog, helpful ideas. Thanks

Re: Searching For Pemberley (3:04pm December 3, 2009):

I would of loved being being a fly on your wall, a cleaning fiend with a british accent, but you prabably would have swatted me:) The book sounds like a good read.

Re: Sex Drive (12:10pm December 2, 2009):

I love series novels, because you find out what happens to some minor characters. It's a closure thing.

Re: Scorched (10:41am December 1, 2009):

I can't wait to read "Scorched"

Re: The Splendor Falls (10:37am December 1, 2009):

I think my Granddaughter would love this book. Shes improved her grades at school and deserves a special treat.

Re: A Genie in the House of Saud: Zubis Rises (12:59pm November 30, 2009):

I would nominate my daughter because she deserves something special.

Re: Joss Whedon (11:48am November 29, 2009):

I would like to nominate my sister. She's gone thru a lot the last few years and I think she would enjoy something special.

Re: Dark Lover (11:31am November 29, 2009):

Good luck with your new puppy she looks adorable. I have a keeper shelf, its books I loved the story so much I can not bear to give them away. It tends to be many books from the same author. I never clean out the keeper shelf. My genre has changed, I've actually went outside my comfort zone and read everything. Just to enjoy something new.

Re: Knit The Season (12:20pm November 28, 2009):

The book sounds good, interesting blog. thanks

Re: Over My Dead Body (11:46am November 28, 2009):

I would like to nominate my daughter. She's been going to school full time, working part time, all while taking care of a husband and a baby. She also takes care of a cat, and 2 pugs, one of whom is blind and needs special care. I think a little cheer to make her feel special when she feels overwhelmed would brighten her day.

Re: A Father For Jesse (11:52am November 27, 2009):

I hope everyone had a Happy thanksgiving. I love freebie Fridays, nice suprise.

Re: Take Me For A Ride (12:58pm November 25, 2009):

My husband and I were living in a small upper duplex at the time, after my guests arrived I was moving the pies and dropped it on it's top on the floor, one less pumpkin pie. Then when my husband was carving the turkey, he found I left the innards in the bird. We still had alot of fun and good food but I'll never forget my first Thanksgiving as a new bride.

Re: Captive of Sin (1:23pm November 24, 2009):

One of my favorite tortured heros is Zachary Benedict in the novel "Perfect" by Judith Mcnaught. What a tragic wayward life he led until Julie.

Re: It Happened One Night (2:25pm November 23, 2009):

My husband was definitely worth the wait. It's not just the passion, it's the freindship we share and the secrets, the laughs and just the closeness we found together.

Re: Prime Evil (10:49am November 21, 2009):

I know authors work hard, but I thought it would be wonderful to have stories in your head. Your own entertainment. I never thought about them all fighting to get out at once. Ouch! Good Luck.

Re: The Monuments Men (1:10pm November 20, 2009):

I like the comment "saving beauty rather than just destruction" If only we could apply that to today.

Re: The Splendor Falls (1:06pm November 20, 2009):

I definitely want to read the book, sounds very interesting.

Re: Dark Legacy (1:52pm November 18, 2009):

I love the key message, we are all unique. I hope everyone has found or will find their gift. I would love to win.

Re: The Accidental Werewolf (1:45pm November 17, 2009):

Receiving free books, allows me to step into something new. Also I'm more involved in book sites, where I read blogs, watch trailers, and read excerpts. It keeps me in the know about new authors and books. My only problem is finding time to read all the books I want to read.

Re: Men Of The Otherworld (11:43am November 16, 2009):

I would select Clayton Danvers, he might have a slight advantage because of his up-bringing.

Re: Over My Dead Body (11:38am November 16, 2009):

At Thanksgiving my daughter took over cooking our feast, what a treat for me. At Christmas it's my Mom's house, I'm 51, but I still love the smells and all the love my Mom puts into her Holiday dinner. I bring dishes to share but I love going to a home filled with love.

Re: Dead Pan (11:45am November 14, 2009):

Sounds delicious :)

Re: Kill Zone (6:27pm November 13, 2009):

I love pugs, I wish I could rescue all the homeless ones and give them the forever home they need. But reality sets in and I know thats impossible. So for now I'm content with my pugs and the love of my family. Someday maybe I can be a fairy Godmother.

Re: Love You To Death (1:51pm November 12, 2009):

"Love you to Death" sounds like my kind of book. I added it to my to-read list which has grown by leaps and bounds. I hope I have time to read everything:)

Re: Willoughby's Return (1:47pm November 12, 2009):

I think the long dresses, tight bodice, made women beautiful. Covering many flaws and highlighting assets. I think Scarlet O'hara gowns were beautiful, I think thats why movies about the bygone ages are so interesting.

Re: Bunco Babes Gone Wild (1:02pm November 11, 2009):

Love the exerpt. Just as I thought I'm a Kitty. Yes I can be a doormat or a pushover sometimes especially when it comes to my kids. I can also be a mother bear when I'm crossed.

Re: Kindred In Death (5:50pm November 10, 2009):

Zachary Benedict from "Perfect" by Judith McNaught. What a hot character.

Re: Spinning Forward (12:34pm November 10, 2009):

Good for you. I hope to have my time to accomplish something to fullfill that craving.

Re: Wild Blue Under (1:52pm November 9, 2009):

The book sounds good, can't wait to read it.

Re: One Lucky Cowboy (12:55pm November 6, 2009):

That was great idea. It made the character come alive for me. Thanks

Re: Rainwater (12:53pm November 6, 2009):

I've only watched a few book trailers, I'm still getting use to the idea. I liked yours, it made the book stand out and more interesting.

Re: The Wrong Side of Dead (1:28pm November 4, 2009):

I can't believe its love, no way. Did her parents sell her? Don't we arrest men for that in this country? 3rd world places are so different.

Re: Killjoy (1:23pm November 3, 2009):

Most villians are made because of a tragic beginning. I think that's why we feel for the villian. The real villian is the ones who create them.

Re: Captive Desires (2:10pm November 2, 2009):

My creative escape would be making costumes or crafts, Looking at old houses and imagining lives long ago. We have a lot of History in my area, I would love to travel back in time and see what lives were like then.

Re: Remembering Ashby (11:51am October 31, 2009):

Fantastic excerpt!

Re: Final Approach (7:07pm October 30, 2009):

7 and 9, I definitely commit those. Well, I'm probably guilty of all them. Some books are just too good to put down and once I'm finished I want to start all over again.

Re: Final Approach (7:01pm October 30, 2009):

About a hour after Halloween starts I give out more candy to each trick or treater and usually all our candy is gone by the end. Our children are grown, so no worrys about too much candy laying around. When they were younger we doled out only a few pieces of candy at a time, sometimes we still had candy by Christmas.

Re: What The Duke Desires (2:38pm October 29, 2009):

I love being surrounded by my family, we laugh, we boost each other up in hard times, and we celebrate the good times. Anytime, anywhere, I could call a family member for help, they would be there. I love romances with strong family ties. Looking forward to reading your book, "What the Duke Desires."

Re: Mr. Darcy Vampyre (12:35pm October 28, 2009):

Wow, you wrote just enough to titillate the mind. Looks like a good read.

Re: Silver Silence (7:12pm October 27, 2009):

This excerpt was wonderful. I love books about magic, Avalon would be a great place to visit, can't wait.

Re: The Pelican Brief (10:56am October 27, 2009):

I agree with Susan, most roles would not matter but some, not so good. We get use to a certain character or image, it's hard to watch it played differently. But if a person nails it, then we have a whole new image. But the persona needs to be the same, race or age does not matter so much then.

Re: My Unfair Lady (2:12pm October 26, 2009):

I love the letter also. I can't wait to read the book.

Re: Santa Honey (1:08pm October 23, 2009):

I have seen it for awhile, some authors disappear. What a shame. So much lost. The movie industry decides what movies we watch, why not the publishers. The problem is a smaller percentage do not like what's out there, so we lose. I'm glad I hang on to some of my favorite books, at least I can reread them.

Re: Possess Me At Midnight (2:24pm October 22, 2009):

The romance or passion in a story usually reminds me when I was young. I remember falling in love, sweaty palms, will he kiss me or not, weak knees etc.. The passion is there, waiting for something to spark it. Romance authors have a tough job, but you do it so well.

Re: Scary Stuff (1:15pm October 21, 2009):

I think putting yourself out there is a good thing. Meeting and greeting is what fans like and I'm sure it helps authors to learn a little more about their fan base. I'm looking forward to reading your latest novel, "Scary Stuff"

Re: My Wicked Vampire (12:03pm October 20, 2009):

I love humor in a book. But I think humor has a time and a place. In a serious situation a nervous character might blurt out something silly, that's O.K. but not too much. In real life I try to find the funny side of things, so some humor can make the story more real.

Re: Loot the Moon (1:51pm October 19, 2009):

My motivation is 2-3 hours free time in the afternoon. I take care of my granddaughter and 5 pugs during the day. In the morning I move through the goals I set for myself, then while the baby's napping, I have free time to enjoy whatever I want.

Re: Finger Lickin' Fifteen (10:18am October 17, 2009):

You're right about background info, I really only want it if it's central to the story. Sometimes too much info bores me. Jean Auel, (Clan of the Cave Bear series)some of her books were so rich in detail I was lost. I loved the series but skipped a few boring parts.

Re: The Other Mr. Darcy (11:43am October 16, 2009):

Pride and Prejudice has always been one of my favorite novels. I love to read anything involving the characters, because for me it rounds out the story. Writing about Caroline is a great idea. I never hated her, I just thought she was misunderstood. She was a product of her time.

Re: The Trials Of The Honorable F. Darcy (3:01pm October 15, 2009):

I think I probably identify with Jane. Shy, laid-back, unruffled. Im looking forward to reading your book.

Re: A Marquis To Marry (2:55pm October 14, 2009):

Hello, The 2nd book sounds wonderful, I can't wait to read it. I like when there's a jump start to the passion. Instead of a innocent girl, you have a knowing woman who knows what she wants.

Re: Soulless (12:57pm October 13, 2009):

I have never heard the term "steampunk". You say it's been around a while, wow I feel like I lived in a cave. I guess the saying is true "you're never to old to learn something new". Informative blog, thanks

Re: The Hunt (1:25pm October 12, 2009):

Your first book sounds interesting and I can't wait to read it. Good Luck on it's success.

Re: The Promise (12:03pm October 11, 2009):

I once read only true crime and horror, as I got older I got hooked on Time-travel romance. Now I read a lot of different genre. So I guess my tastes have evolved Occasionally, I clean out my library and donate some books but I will not part with my time-travel books because I still read them. I try to make time for the old and new.

Re: A Hollywood Ending (10:58am October 10, 2009):

Karen Robards comes to mind as one of my favorites, and like you I love S.E.P.'s books. I think once I get hooked on an author I tend to buy everything they write. Nora Robert's is also another favorite. I haven't read your books yet, but I do have them on my list. That's what so great about Fresh Fiction, I find so many new authors to enjoy.

Re: In Love with Losers (4:40pm October 9, 2009):

I have read or seen so many movies that has touched my heart. Somethings are written from the heart, it just speaks to you. I think it helps me see my life in a different way. Nice blog, thanks.

Re: Out Of The Darkness (12:15pm October 8, 2009):

Maybe something mythical with herbs and bat wings:). Or a elixir with mysterious ancient ingredients that would bring, instead of immortality, an enhanced psychic ability.

Re: The Lute And The Liar (1:35pm October 7, 2009):

Very helpful chat. My ideas are children's book, so even though I know children I do not know how to write for them yet. I'm in the learning and research stage.

Re: Can't Stand the Heat (11:42am October 6, 2009):

I would love to read more about Adam. Great Idea!

Re: Demon Ex Machina (2:24pm October 5, 2009):

I like the idea of flying by unicorns. Anyway, magic of any kind is well... magic. I love being engrossed in something, be it Harry Potter, a good romance, the setting sun or anything that can suck me in.

Re: Lucky Break (8:19pm October 4, 2009):

I agree with Cindy. I have everything done during the day then in the evening I curl up with a good book and read until I either fall asleep or remember to go to bed.

Re: Love You To Death (11:05am October 4, 2009):

It's good to see you're so passionate about your work. It must be hard coming down to earth when you're done. Nice chat.

Re: Hex In High Heels (5:23pm October 2, 2009):

I love the wolves, the more ferocious the sexier.

Re: Angel Lane (12:03pm October 1, 2009):

Your book sounds delicious as well as the recipe for fudge. I do not care to bake any longer, I've given that honor to my daughter. I do however love to create other things by throwing different ingredients together.

Re: A Dark Love (2:30pm September 30, 2009):

I like to think I have a spidey sense. Certain people, even if it seems all right at first rub me the wrong way. I tend to steer clear and I usually find out later I was right.

Re: Ravenous (5:53pm September 29, 2009):

I've never made pumpkin bread with molasses, sounds yummy.

Re: Lucky Break (11:29am September 29, 2009):

I love any romantic setting, be it contemporary or otherwise. The humor aspect is always good because it usually relates to myself in some way. Some silly thing I've done that wow other people have done also.

Re: The Cowboy From Christmas Past (6:05pm September 28, 2009):

Good for you for rescuing a dog. There are so many homeless animals. Our last dog was almost 18 years old when she past and I decided no more dogs. Two weeks later I had 2 pugs, I now have 3 and take care of 2 more during the week. I figured out very quickly I need a dog or dogs in my life.

Re: Bluegrass Christmas (2:15pm September 28, 2009):

Christmas is my favorite time of year. Reading a story with love, romance and having it set at Christmastime is a bonus. It puts me in the mood for the decorating, the gift buying, and everything else associated with the holiday. Can't wait to read your book.

Re: Shades of Twilight (11:21pm September 26, 2009):

I have never been to a book signing, real or virtual. I agree with Sue, I like interacting on line with authors much better. Even blogging like this is much more intimate, you can learn a lot about your favorite authors

Re: Lakeshore Christmas (5:48pm September 25, 2009):

I've never went to a booksigning. I'm more of a stay-at-home and just let me read type of person. But if one of my favorite authors came to my small town in Ohio then I would make the effort.

Re: Killer Dolls (3:10pm September 24, 2009):

I love to people watch and think why, or what... I think it sparks my imagination. If only I could put it to good use, like writing a book. I'm just not that creative.

Re: The Accidental Family (2:12pm September 23, 2009):

You'll figure it all out when everything falls into a routine. Remember to enjoy every precious moment with your kids because before you know it, they're teenagers, then off to college. The time with my kids was over in the blink of an eye, thank heavens for grandchildren.

Re: Oscar Wilde And The Dead Man's Smile (2:08pm September 22, 2009):

Oscar Wilde's series sounds like a good read. Count me in the draw.

Re: A Christmas Ball (6:41pm September 21, 2009):

My fondest Christmas memory was: When my youngest son was 4 or 5 he loved Ninja Turtles. One year he received the technodrone (I think it was the turtles or shredders lair) but he was so excited he was shaking. After that when he wanted something new we would tell him it cost so many technodromes. He thought that was very expensive. Now my children are grown but we have 4 granddaughters to make them shake with excitement.

Re: What I Did For Love (11:58am September 19, 2009):

After a hectic day I love to curl up on my sofa with the over stuffed cushions and read. My husband's at work, my dogs are sleeping, and everything else can wait till tomorrow. A glass of ice tea, bowl of grapes, sweets or whatever, a good book, my life's complete.

Re: Audrey's Door (4:24pm September 18, 2009):

When I was younger I loved true crime, horror movies, etc. Now at 51 my idea of a good book or movie is something with a happy ending. I've experienced life, now I want fantasy.

Re: I Can Make You Love Me (5:17pm September 17, 2009):

When my kids were young I sometimes worried about my kids being kidnapped/abused by a stranger. But having someone you once loved taking them away, how horrible that would be. That's a form of abuse not only for yourself but also the children. For a parent to seek revenge like that, it's evil.

Re: Beast Warrior (1:33pm September 16, 2009):

What a interesting blog. Thank you for sharing. Count me in for the contest, the guide sounds like something fun to read.

Re: Guardian (12:50pm September 15, 2009):

I notice you wrote time travel books, those are my favorite. I'm looking for a time travel I read years ago from the library. I do not know the author or title. It started off with a woman in the dentist office and she ends up in the old west as a mail order bride. I've asked different authors, still haven't found out who wrote it. Any Ideas?

Re: Cleopatra's Daughter (12:12pm September 14, 2009):

What a wonderful experience for you, something I would like to try. I would of worried about the sharks and jellyfish also. Good thing you never ran into something like that. The book definitely sounds like a good read.

Re: The Vampire Diaries: The Awakening And The Struggle (1:58pm September 12, 2009):

I think The Harry Potter books made great movies. Timeline was another book to movie, also good. I've tried to think of some of my favorite romantic movies and not really sure if they started out as books first except Twilight. One of my favorite book series was Clan of the cave bear, the movie did not translate well. I would love to see more time travel movies or T.V. series.

Re: The Splendor Falls (2:22pm September 11, 2009):

The last book I read with food was Menu for Romance By Kaye Dacus. The food sounded very tasty. As for cheesecake I could eat that anytime.

Re: Loving Mr. Darcy (6:50pm September 10, 2009):

Pride and Prejudice was always my favorite. I'm sorry to say I have not read your sequels yet. I've now added them to my to-read list. One favorite destination I want to see is Scotland. I always picture my husband and I (him in a kilt) standing on a hill looking over a beautiful valley with bagpipes serenading us. Then maybe a breeze could blow his kilt up, mmm.... :)

Re: Furies Of Calderon (6:02pm September 9, 2009):

A new author I started reading is Jeremy Robinson. Try Didymus Contingency (time travel) or his new book Pulse. Good reads.

Re: Treasure Of The Golden Cheetah (1:44pm September 8, 2009):

I would rather read about someone "larger than life" then be one. I'm more of a homebody enjoying my pugs and grandkids. Maybe to them I'm larger than life.

Re: The Trouble With J.J. (3:13pm September 7, 2009):

I love the heros who are strong and protective but have a definite soft spot for the heroine.

Re: Tie Me Down (4:06pm September 4, 2009):

My husband and I visited New Orleans, I think nine years ago, we went to visit our daughter in Biloxi. We of course visited the French Quarter and took a tour in a horse and Buggy. I can understand why you fell in love with it. The Old buildings, exotic culture, plus the people are fascinating. I remember the Cafe Du Monde very well and though we tried I've never had a better beignet. We were only there for the day but we explored everything we could but never took a cruise on the Mississippi. Just ran out of time. Our dream is to go back and maybe stay in a B&B, explore all over again. That city definitely won my heart.

Re: Highland Rebel (7:20pm September 3, 2009):

Judith, I've never read The lion, the witch and the wardrobe, though I've seen the movies a few times. That story reminds me of when I was much younger, I loved the little house series so much. I put pillows under my blanket at night and took a flashlight to my closet , so I could continue reading while everyone was sleeping. I laugh at some of the drastic measures I took all for the love of a good book.

Re: Highland Rebel (2:14pm September 3, 2009):

I read many different kinds of books, the ones I usually get lost in, are ones where I become the character. Becoming that character in my mind is the best escape. Perfect and Paradise by Judith McKnight are very good escape books. Your book Broken wing was another story I lost myself in. Highland Rebel sounds like another, I can't wait to read it.

Re: Tears Of Pearl (5:52pm September 2, 2009):

What an interesting life you lead. All the research and travel would be a lot of hard work, I'm sure, but what a wonderful experience. I can't wait to read Tears of Pearls.

Re: The Sari Shop Widow (2:28pm September 1, 2009):

I think your books sound interesting. I like to read about woman who seem submissive but have a hidden backbone and overpowering men who can have a hidden soft side. Good Luck!

Re: Red Hot Lies (7:22pm August 31, 2009):

To me, I rarely notice if the book is in first person or not, I like to become the character regardless. To tell the truth I could not name one book in first person unless I was reading it now and actually checked.

Re: Within Striking Distance (7:03pm August 31, 2009):

I agree with J B reading can be just as much of a problem. I read in snatches because I take care of my granddaughter during the day. By evening I'm curled up in any comfy spot reading until I fall asleep. Maybe I should try those chocolate covered coffee beans. MMMMM.....

Re: Dragons Prefer Blondes (5:16pm August 29, 2009):

I love to read interviews, authors are such interesting people. Their ideas and passion for their craft shows up everytime. It makes me want to buy whatever they're selling.

Re: When A Man Loves A Weapon (6:24pm August 28, 2009):

I've read a few of these books so far, but each time I look there's still more I want to read. I'll stock up for the winter.

Re: The Cowboy From Christmas Past (6:13pm August 28, 2009):

What a touching story. I do not know if I could take being blind so well. Movies and books are my escape.

Re: Haunting Beauty (1:01pm August 28, 2009):

I think all of us have a few regrets, big or small. I do, yes it would be nice to change them. I guess we take our chances in life and we are who we are because of them.

Re: The Treasures Of Venice (5:47pm August 27, 2009):

My husband has a german background. Every year His father took his sons to the german-american festival. As the years passed my father-in-law became to ill to go, we carried on the tradition. In 2002 sadly my father-in-law died. To this day we go to the festival, sometimes with our kids and their families, or we go ourselves. It's a tradition we do to honor a very special man.

Re: Feels Like The First Time (1:47pm August 26, 2009):

I would love to put on a costume that would make me slender and sexy, but I'll settle for a clown because I love to make people laugh.

Re: Air Time (4:49pm August 25, 2009):

I was fifteen, he was eighteen, and we met at a movie theater thirty-five years ago. We've been together ever since. It's funny, My friends and I had never been to this theater but it was showing a triple feature horror show, so we thought what the heck. 3 nice looking young guys sat behind us and my love-to-be wore a brown suede hat, jeans and a t-shirt, I think. For some reason I remember that hat and how handsome he looked in it. He told me later, they had never been to that theater either. I think it was fate that brought us together. We married young, a year after we met, raised 4 children. With our youngest now in college, we're empty nesters enjoying the next stage, our 4 (so far) grandchildren.

Re: In the Master's Bed (3:26pm August 24, 2009):

Back to school time always came so quick. Once your kids start school time seems to accelerate, now my youngest is a senior in college. I sometimes miss buying new school clothes, and school supplies. The anticipation and smiles on their faces when they start their first day.

Re: The Fixer Upper (4:54pm August 23, 2009):

My family refers to my romance books as my smut books, they of course are only teasing. I'm not shy about telling anyone about books I read or enjoy. An author of romance works as hard as any other writer. A good read is a good read, no matter the topic.

Re: Gordath Wood (11:38am August 22, 2009):

You are definitely not crazy, I think we all in some form or another fill in the blanks and imagine what happens after. Scott Lynch books look interesting.

Re: The Shortest Distance Between Two Women (2:11pm August 18, 2009):

Rasdishland, that name makes me laugh also. The book sounds good.

Re: Tortured (2:07pm August 18, 2009):

I'm looking forward to reading your book. I Would love to win.

Re: Trust Me (6:39pm August 14, 2009):

I feel that way when I'm Making something, be it a costume or a cake. Should I do a little more here or there, maybe it would be better with this or that. I keep telling myself less is always better, and I need to put it down and walk away.

Re: Breaking Loose (3:02pm August 13, 2009):

I love romances! A good romance is one that gives me naughty thoughts which can enhance the hanky panky. By the way a favorite car 64 Mustang.

Re: Nothing But Scandal (9:36pm August 7, 2009):

I identify with the heroine as myself. What would I do in her shoes or how would I react differently. Secretly I would love to meet some of these heros face to face.

Re: Babydoll (6:18pm August 4, 2009):

My husband and I have been married for 35 years. The best thing we do together is travel. As my husband drives, I am the navigator. I found our way around many hellish traffic jams and tight spots. We would always end up at our destination in plenty of time.

Re: Seduce Me (6:19pm July 29, 2009):

I love the trailer. Hot Hot Hot!! A build up of desire and sexual tension are a definite must in a good romance. The twelve steps are really interesting. Good luck with the new release.

Re: Swimsuit (9:40pm July 17, 2009):

You're life seems very exciting. Not many people have the option to change what they are doing for something new. I love the Woman's murder club series It seems collaborating together was the right fit for both of you. My husband and I can't wait to read Swimsuit.
