I know how you feel about pictures. I have never been one for having my picture taken. When it is taken, I just pray that I don't look like the picture they have taken. I sort of hide when I know pictures are being taken. I think it gets worse as the years go by for pictures being taken of me.

Thank goodness for wonderful books and the authors that write them. I can remember when we had the bad snowstromes and riding it out with a good book. Love to read on rainy days cuddled in a chair. A great time for escaping for awhile.

My perfect day would to wake up on a beautiful island in the Carabian. Coffee brought ot me by my husband and watching th sun rise with him. Well back to earth. We all have a dreams. Well maybe just sitting on the porch reading a good book watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee will do.

We never know how strong we are untill we are tested by the fire. Then we find we are stronger then we think. Only we know how strong we are and how much we can take till we come through or are broken.

I have a few keepers on my shelf. I think as we get older our taste changes in books. Then we have a few we keep. I love to go back and read some Mary Higgens Clark, Debbie Macomber's books. Then I like to look for new author out there also. If I keep everyone that I liked I would have to have a room just for all of them.

I love to read about historical England or Scottland. All the wonderful old castles, kings knights and ladies in trouble. This sounds like a wonderful book. I also love to visit all the wonderful historic places when I'm on vacation

I love your list of different books. My favorite is the Christmas Carol. Always love to read that Christmas. I just finished The Mischief of the Mistletoe. What a wonderful fast read that was. There are so many great Christmas books out there.
