Re: Mystery Rider (6:27pm October 10, 2015):

I think cruelty to animals and people. I've seen battered
women and although I've been there before, it's a whole
different thing seeing it on someone else. Harmed animals
are the same for me. I can't believe some people can be
like that.

Re: Keeping Christmas (6:24pm October 10, 2015):

I read different genre's in both fiction and nonfiction. If
I love a writer's writing style, I will follow those
authors until I die. I like when an author surprises me and
switches a genre because it's now I find new genres to me.

Re: A Cowboy Firefighter For Christmas (5:48pm October 8, 2015):

I think a letter in a bottle coming ashore is an amazing
inspiration. I feel like I want to know their stories. I
also think going to the airport is very inspirational.
Everyone has a different story. Some romantic, some lonely
and some just downright funny.

Re: Outlaw Hearts (11:10pm June 20, 2015):

I'm with Cheryl, I LOVE the McKettrick series by Linda
Lael Miller. I love me some Susan Mallery and Lori
Foster. I couldn't read their work all day long! I'm also
just now getting into Anna DeStefano's work. She knows
how to make imperfect look perfect. Thank you for giving
us the opportunity to win. Have a great weekend!

Re: Courtship of the Cake (11:06pm June 20, 2015):

My favorite cupcake would be vanilla cupcake with Bavarian
cream filling and a cream cheese frosting. THAT is the
kind of cake or cupcake (not sure which one we will do
yet) that I will be having at my own wedding. It was
really good to get to know you Jessica. You are a new
author to me and I just can't wait to read your work.
Thanks for the contest!

Re: A Family for the Bull Rider (7:59pm May 27, 2015):

At the moment, it's Matt Triplett. I'm about to go check out
Harve Stewart ;)

Re: The Choosing (7:36pm May 27, 2015):

Well, I know this is going to sound bad but .... nothing. He
skipped out when I was very little.

Re: The Wood's Edge (11:38am April 27, 2015):

First let me say that this books looks intriguing. I find my
passion in new books that I read, people I meet or things I see.
I've always wanted to be a writer and little by little I'm getting
there. My family is my biggest support group.

Re: The Art of Losing Yourself (11:35am April 27, 2015):

When I used to drive from Kentucky to South Carolina and
back, I would look at houses I was travelling past and
wonder what that family was doing. What was their life
like? I would always think "What if that were me?" My
husband and I always play the what if game. What if we just
picked up and left where we are? What if we were in a
position to pursue our dreams? Go where we want to go? Do
what we want to do? For right now, those things aren't
possible. We are always waiting for one more child to leave
the nest. When they are all gone though, that's when our
what ifs will become reality.

Re: The Last Heiress (11:30am April 27, 2015):

I've always wanted to go to Scotland or Ireland. Their
countryside is breathtaking and their traditions are
something I've always wanted to learn more about.
Australia and Alaska are also two places that I think
would be an outstanding location for a novel.

Re: The Mulligan (11:23am February 6, 2015):

There are so many things I want to do still. I want to oil
paint, I want to write a book, I want to take a cruise to
Alaska. Thanks so much for the chance to win.

Re: Finding Mercy (11:18am February 6, 2015):

I clean, cook, read. In that order. Just something to
give my mind a break. I usually find that inspiration
strikes when I least expect it. Thank you so much for the
chance to win. :)

Re: As Gouda as Dead (11:12am February 6, 2015):

I used to live in Ninety Six, SC and every year they have a
Civil war reenactment. It's so much fun to see how they
lived in the Civil war era and the people there are so
nice. Thank you so much for the contest. Question, where
do you get the titles for your books? Very clever.

Re: New Year's in Napa (12:54pm December 2, 2014):

I'm not sure if mine is considered a second chance story
or not. About 5 years ago, I got a facebook message from
a guy I went to school with. Turns out all those years
ago in high school, he had a crush on me so bad that he
couldn't even speak. He used to open doors for me and I
thought it was wierd he didn't speak but I said thank you
every time. Five years later, we are still together. He
is the most awesome guy I've ever known.

Re: No Ordinary Home (12:58pm October 15, 2014):

I know it's weird, but I've often looked at celebrities
and am so glad that I am not one. People like Amanda
Bynes, who everyone knows clearly needs mental help, was
walking through the airport and there were flashes
everywhere! That alone would make me go crazy. Thanks
for giving us the opportunity to win!

Re: Montana Bride (8:40pm June 25, 2014):

I love historical romance and I have never ever read a book of yours. *gasp* I
must remedy that ASAP as I love interconnected stories. And WOW! 56 novels.
Way to go and can't wait to read your books soon. Thanks for the giveaway.

Re: Once Upon A Kiss (8:36pm June 25, 2014):

I think probably the most embarrassing thing that ever happened at a dinner
party was coming out of the bathroom with toilet paper stuck to the bottom of
my foot. I can't wait to read your book, it sounds like a keeper.

Re: Love Songs for the Road (8:56pm January 22, 2014):

Your first novel looks amazing! I can't wait to read it. Thank you for the contest.

Re: Three Timeless Loves (2:27am November 30, 2013):

I think I would like to go back to the south in the 1920's or to England in the
1800's. I wonder how I would fare in those times.

Re: Christmas Quilt (9:49pm October 22, 2013):

I have never quilted a stitch in my life. But man oh man do I love quilting
stories. Thank you for giving us a chance to win and MERRY CHRISTMAS
to you!

Re: The Sweetest Hallelujah (9:45pm October 22, 2013):

I have never read any of your work, but absolutely love your blurb. Thank
you for giving us the opportunity to win.

Re: Unforeseeable (1:42am August 31, 2013):

This sounds unlike any book I've ever read and I sure can't wait to read it.
Unforeseeable looks intriguiging to say the least. Thank you for giving us
an opportunity to win. Here's to many future sales.

Re: A Little Bit of Charm (12:33pm August 7, 2013):

I've never read any of your books but I've recently fallen in love with the Amish
lifestyle. I love how their lives are a slower pace. They know how to keep focus
on the family. Sometimes, I put down my tech gadgets (this coming from a
person with two computer degrees) and just try to enjoy life how it used to be
before it got so hurried. The cover of A Little Bit of Charm is to die for.

Re: Plain Fear: Forgiven (1:25am August 1, 2013):

These books look amazing! I can't wait to read them. They are definitely on my
to be read list. I equally love good guys and bad guys in the books I read. In the
end, I love it when a woman can turn a bad guy good but still keep his edginess.

Re: Wish You Were Here (9:45pm July 1, 2013):

I fall in love with contemporary romance and Lauren Sharman had a series out
called the McCassey series. These men were to die for and I loved each and
every one of them. I reread them often. I always remember reading ever since I
was a little girl. My daughters are now the same. You can often find me reading
books every day.

Re: Act Like You Love Me (2:59am June 26, 2013):

I used to have such a crush on this guy and he was so out of reach. Now if I look
back at my 16 year old self, I think oh my gosh you were a dork. I took
weightlifting just to be around him. Although he looked at me like I was way out
of his league, I learned to life weights and found it was something I loved.
Today, he is a bald old man and as for me, I'm confident in myself.

Re: Changing Lanes (11:35pm May 15, 2013):

I guess I wouldn't change anything in my life because I was meant to learn
something from every situation I was in. I think I would change my
procrastination problem, which I still have. So my answer to your question is ....
yes ... no .... maybe! lol I hope you have many sales with Changing Lanes, I
can't wait to read it.

Re: A Man for All Seasons (12:40pm April 19, 2013):

One superstition I have is when it turns 11:11 on my clock or phone, I ALWAYS
stop to make a wish. I now do it out of habit. As for believing in angels, I do,
without a doubt. It warms my heart to know that there are angels watching out
for me. I can't wait to read A Man for All Season. Thank you for the giveaway.

Re: The Summer He Came Home (2:31pm April 18, 2013):

The 80's and 90's were the most awesome times of my life. I loved Jon Bon Jovi
(who didn't?) Then there was the whole band of Skid Row. There was just
something about guys with longer hair than mine. Thanks for the giveaway.

Re: Speak No Evil (3:38pm April 17, 2013):

Wow, I really can't wait to read this book, it looks AMAZING! Romantic suspense
is my weakness. I just moved from SC and my mom lives in Charleston, how
awesome! Thank you for giving us a chance to win the book.

Re: South Of Surrender (1:22pm January 9, 2013):

Hi Laura, loved the synopsis of all of the books. I have to say the one I'm waiting
for the most is "As Hard As it Gets." simply because contemporary romance is my
#1 fave. The question I have is, do you have a hard time writing so many genres
and do they ever get crossed up in your mind while you're writing? Thanks for
the blog post and the contest. Here's to a very successful 2013!

Re: Enslaved (11:02am November 9, 2012):

I totally LOVE a damaged hero. It's not that I feel sorry for him but more that I'm
impressed he's overcome what's wounded him. It makes me believe he's tough
as nails. I've not read about a hero that cannot be redeemed, they all make it
through and get the lady. Thank you for the contest!

Re: Iced Chiffon (10:38pm October 28, 2012):

I have lived in small towns and there is an attraction for me with cosy reads, I
can't wait to read Iced Chiffon. Thank you for the giveaway!

Re: Got Game? (10:20am September 22, 2012):

I love watching women succeed and your book sounds like a refreshing
change. I would love to read Got Game? As for Golf, the closest I can come
to playing golf is driving the golf cart. It's always good times when you let
them get close to the cart and then take off.

Re: The Rebel Rancher (5:10pm May 26, 2012):

This looks like an amazing book that I look forward to reading. Love the plot
line.

Re: Attracted to Fire (9:25pm October 18, 2011):

I travelled through the tip of Texas once but never got to stop and have some
fun. I can't wait to read your books, they sound like my kind of fun. Thanks
for the giveaway and here's to many sales to come.

Re: The Last Rising (9:06pm September 17, 2011):

Loved this post. I think my "Oh have mercy" moments are when the hero
gives a much needed massage to the hero who has almost be blown up,
kidnapped, held at knife point and broken the heel on her shoe. That
massage leads to the kissing of the neck. I know it's not too racy but sheesh,
after the way her day has been, she just needs to relax. :)

Re: Red's Hot Cowboy (8:24pm August 24, 2011):

I'm so into the hot and hard working (and very muscular) cowboys. They have
the loyalty, the cute little dimple in their chin and the mysterious eyes. Whew, is
it getting hot in here?

Re: The Devil in Disguise (11:35pm April 23, 2011):

I love hearing all about the author. What they do in their spare time. Back story
on their characters, where they get there inspiration. I love to feel more
connected with the author.

Re: Deadly Heat (9:27pm January 22, 2011):

For me, depends on what's going on at the time. If I'm stressed beyond
reason, I love to go for humorous but most of the time, I like that dark, edgy
lots of action kind of thing. I can't wait to read your book!

Re: Honky Tonk Christmas (8:27pm November 19, 2010):

I'm so thankful for my beautiful
daughters! They are the air I breathe.
I love all the in your face kind of
country like "I think I hate her." But
the one song that gets to me around
this time of year, and I know it's not a
Thanksgiving song, but the song
"Christmas Shoes". It really shows you
that you need to look beyond yourself
and think of others you know? Thanks
so much for the awesome contest. I
can't wait to read your books!

Re: The Taming Of The Wolf (8:05pm November 19, 2010):

Having teenagers myself, I gotta go with
#10. Could you imagine how good the
kids would be? I love werewolf romances
as a way to get away from everything.
Thanks for the contest!

Re: The Cowboy From Christmas Past (8:30pm November 26, 2009):

I'm known throughout the family for
leaving the giblets in and the wrapper on
the ham. Will they EVERY let me live it
down?

Re: The Promise (7:46pm October 24, 2009):

I would so take all the time in the
world to read the books regardless of
how old they were. A good book is
timeless! I don't know if I would want
to age my children. I used to want to
fast forward time to see how my
children would look like and be like.
Now I just want them to be little once
again.

Re: The Trials Of The Honorable F. Darcy (7:43pm October 24, 2009):

I love Pride and Prejudice and I relate so
well to her characters!

Re: Finger Lickin' Fifteen (7:40pm October 24, 2009):

I really love descriptions and Debbie
McComber is one of my favorites but
sometimes I've read books where they
have gotten so much description that I
have lost sight of the main idea.

Re: The Cowboy From Christmas Past (7:37pm October 24, 2009):

I love reading your articles and
especially loved it this month. I
haven't thought about Laura Ingalls
Wilder in so long!

Re: Air Time (7:02am August 25, 2009):

Yes, totally show it to Jonathan. I met
my husband while I was still in high
school. He is 7 years older than me
and worked for my dad. I used to
have to go hang out at my dads
company because I was always in
trouble and that is where I spent my
restriction. I was dating someone else
and after two years, after I graduated,
we ended up dating and now we have
three teen age daughter.

Re: The Cowboy From Christmas Past (1:29pm July 30, 2009):

Wow Awesome story! LOVED THE
COWBOYS!

Val

Re: The Scot And I (1:44pm June 25, 2009):

I love it when authors switch genres. I
love to see all they write and if I find an
author I love, I feel like I am growing with
them when they branch out.

Re: The Texas Twins (5:08pm June 7, 2009):

I so want my authors to already have the
next book waiting. I can't wait to read
your book

Re: Fight Fire With Fire (6:23pm May 1, 2009):

Tami gets the IT guy, I have the
Construction Worker hero! Oh heck yeah!
I can't wait to read your books!

Re: Fury Calls (12:17pm March 9, 2009):

I haven't read any of your books yet but
judging by the covers and blurbs they are
hot hot hot!

Re: Vexing The Viscount (11:43am February 13, 2009):

Hi Emily,

Vexing teh Viscount looks like an
awesome read! Thanks for blogging
today!

Re: Secrets In Four Corners (11:15am January 16, 2009):

I don't really have anything like that
but I used to live in South Africa. I
remember walking to school every day
and walking back everyday. I had to
walk past this paper mill and one day I
was by myself. All I remember was
they gave me all kinds of writing paper
and pencils and pens. About a year
later we moved to America. I didn't
find out until later that our
housekeeper had found out that they
were giving me paper everyday and
had planned to abduct me. Apparently
the police were called in but I just
don't remember because I was so
small.

Re: A Witch's Beauty (10:58am January 16, 2009):

I have never ever seen the Mamma Mia!
Can you believe it? I know, I am so
behind in the real world! Can't wait to
read Witch's Beauty!
