Mystery Spring Fling: Cozies for a Cause!
March 21, 2014
I've only been with Gemma Halliday Publishing (GHP) for nine months, but it has
already been such a wild ride! In January, I released LIMONCELLO YELLOW, the
debut novel in the Franki Amato Mysteries, and now just two months later I've
teamed up with ten other writers at GHP, including the great Gemma herself, to
put out a terrific 10-ebook set called Mystery Spring Fling. What I've enjoyed most about being at GHP is the kindness and generosity of
Gemma and the other writers. At first, I was worried about being a newbie in
such a seasoned and talented group, but the experience has been nothing short of
amazing. Case in point: MYSTERY SPRING FLING. When Gemma proposed the idea for this 99-cent book bundle, she graciously
invited all of to participate. And as soon as we started the planning process,
we unanimously agreed that the best thing to do with the proceeds from the sales
was to donate them to a charity—a library being the oh-so-obvious choice. So, if you'd like to nominate your local library to receive one hundred percent
of the proceeds from MYSTERY
SPRING FLING—that's right, all the money—please send an email to
Gemma at [email protected] no later
than March 31st with the following information: 1. your name 2. your library's name 3. your library's address 4. 1-2 sentences about why your library should be nominated And before I forget, here's a list of the ten authors and their books in MYSTERY SPRING FLING: CALAMITY JAYNE by Kathleen Bacus, QUEENIE BABY: ON ASSIGNMENT by Christina A.
Burke, GEMINI MOON by Maria Grazia Swan, 'SCUSE ME WHILE I KILL THIS GUY by
Leslie Langtry, LIMONCELLO YELLOW by Traci Andrighetti, FASHION, LIES, AND
MURDER by Sibel Hodge, THE TELL-TALE CON by Aimee Gilchrist, I SPY DEAD PEOPLE
by Jennifer Fischetto, LUCK BE A LADY by Gemma Halliday & T.Sue Versteeg,
and THE CHRISTMAS CURSE by Wendy Byrne. Oh, and here are the buy links, of course. ;) Remember, the money goes to a
great cause! And it's only 99 cents... Amazon.com | Barnes & Noble | iTunes | Kobo

This is so awesome to have the proceeds go to a library. I know that the one that wins will be so lucky. Our library has many sponsors and I just hope that there is one out there that can really use the help. I know that is how I will vote for. Thank you all of the generosity. i love the idea of all money raised goimg to a library, i have spent many a happy hour in one library or another. it has always been one of the frist things i did whenever i moved, to acquire a library card. i just wish that it could also come in print, some of us cannot afford fancy electronics.
