Re: The Body in Griffith Park (1:10am July 20, 2019):

I was blown away now you described me in your post. Good
job! Hope I win, I want this book.

Re: The Bones Will Speak (9:45pm June 12, 2016):

To me, books and bones are ever connected. 64 years of reading
mysteries have left their mark! This is how I feel about a
book--the hand bone connected to the book bones, the book
bones connected to the eye bones, the eye bones connected to
the brain bones, dembones, dem bones, dem bones.( yeah I know,
chalk it up to poetic license.) My bones have got a long
history, spent some time with A. Christie, so if you got a
spare mystery well, you can send it to me! Dem bones, dem
bones, dem dry bones, I have to admit they're my bones, dem
bones, dem bones, dem booooones lol

Re: Irish Stewed (4:29pm June 8, 2016):

I can't wait to read this!!

Re: Chicken Soup & Homicide (8:40am February 23, 2016):

Funny story about the beans, its a good thing most Americans
ave a fear of trying anything "strange", and many won't even
eat normal beans, or the whole country would be lying dead on
the floor with lupini on their chins. You know, we here in the
us don't need no stupid instructions, we know how to cook,
right? I am glad you did not take that road! We would miss
you.

Re: Thin Ice (12:27pm February 7, 2016):

As seen above, your hubby should be attached in some manner to
a fishing rod. The only accepted excuse is death!!! He does
look mighty content though.lol

Re: Divorced, Desperate, and Daring (12:04pm December 27, 2015):

I have a baaad cat who thinks she is a catreiler, and likes to
launch herself in surprise attacks. I would throw her in his
face, it would give me the time to get a damn big knife!

Re: The Girl in the Glass (3:17pm September 7, 2015):

Re: A Geek Girl's Guide to Murder (3:11pm September 7, 2015):

i geek for information, i read everything, i especially love mysteries. they take place all over the world, so i learn about other cultures, customs, and people. i go to the libraries used book store and buy college intrance exams and military exams, etc. never waste an ounce of your mind. fill it with all you can. i once had a bumper sticker that read,"hell yes, i'm ugly, but i'll kick your ass at jeopardy", absolutely true.geek? or not geek? lol

Re: Moments of Truth (3:22pm August 23, 2015):

i confess, i am a lister. every month i sit down and spend about three hours just making out a menu and a shopping list(s) for the entire month. i do this because we get food stamps and i must use them before everybody else make a trip to the local convenience store. LOL i pour through cookbooks and magazinees for recipes and ideas, and as i do that i write down every ingredient i need to buy for the month, then, i make the shopping lists out for aldis, dillons, wslmsrt, and dollar general. i know which store has the lowest price on EVERYTHING, i even make out thre lists by aisle in the store. am i bogged???

Re: Cold as Ice (3:13pm August 23, 2015):

that's like asking me to pick my favorite kid. can't be done. i have a connection to every detective in every mystery i read, (and for me, that's about 10 books a week.i even read on commercials when watching tv. i have been reading mysteries since i was a small child.(very early reader.)i'm glad i only have to wait two days to see if i won these books,(oh hope springs eternal.) thanks for the opportunity, sue

Re: The Millionaire's Unexpected Proposal (3:25pm April 3, 2015):

i am sure i have made a lot of snap judgements over my 67 years, but the decisions i made after long and careful thought are the one that caused me the most grief.

Re: The Mystery Writers of America Cookbook (3:16pm April 3, 2015):

Re: Ghost In The Guacamole (7:17pm January 25, 2015):

i love this whole series and cant wait for the next +installment". since you get your ideas from places, i dont see you running out of ideas for at least 10,000 yrs. you need to eat healthy, and write real fast, so you can live long and finish strong, so your readers will get as many books from you as possible. lol

Re: Mystery Spring Fling (8:57pm March 22, 2014):

i love the idea of all money raised goimg to a library, i have spent many a happy hour in one library or another. it has always been one of the frist things i did whenever i moved, to acquire a library card. i just wish that it could also come in print, some of us cannot afford fancy electronics.

Re: Bound to be Dirty (5:57pm February 22, 2014):

bdsm can be fun with the right toos and the right partner. mighty dangerous, however, with a casual pick-up. i like your new title, dirty is almost always fun. even little kids like to roll in the mud.

Re: Rugged Hearts (1:06pm December 6, 2013):

one christmas, while living in florida, i received the greatest act of kindness i have ever witnessed. i was a single mother with three small children. wehad just been abandoned by my husband and i had recently started working. i was struggling just to make ends meet, and i knew there weren't going to be any presents for the children on christmas. i said something about how torn up i was, because christmas had aleays been a big deal in my home. to my surprize, on christmas eve, i answered the door, and there stood santa clause, in all his glory, wool suit and great big beard,(it was 95 degrees) he had very expensive toys and clothing for the kids and even had beautiful things for me. it was the owner of the company that i worked for, and he stayed quite awhile, till his suit was soaked through with sweat. when he left, he hugged us all, and said that some of his helpers might be by later to check if we liked our gifts. about an hour later, three of the managers showed up with three trunkfuls of groceries and edible goodies and even a grocery store gift card for 100$. i will never forget how kind people can be to a relative stranger. and the kids remember that christmas as well.
