Re: The Deathly Portent (10:30pm April 18, 2012):

Elizabeth likes to drink Tea. They call it Builders Tea because it is very strong, she likes a little extra milk in it. I like mine strong also but without milk most of the time.

Re: Vigilare (3:38pm April 7, 2012):

It's never too tough so long as she knows when the tough has to step back and the women comes through. The same goes for the man. It's there and we know how and when to use it. :)
This book sounds Fantastic! Thanks

Re: Wasteland (3:17pm April 7, 2012):

Lynn, this book sounds Fantastic! I live in AZ and I would have traveled to Tucson for the meet if I would have known about it. How do I find out when any of the meet & greets are here in this state, I would love to go! I'm not a writer but I can understand that an Idea could come at any time, I have thought that too and like I said, I'm not even a writer. Happy Writing!

Re: Woodrose Mountain (12:29pm April 4, 2012):

When I read about people that have survived difficult challenges my heart goes out to them. In the first place to have those challenges changes a persons outlook on life, second to survive them makes you look at life in awe and appreciate it all the more. My daughter went through those challenges and gave them a fight that was unbelievable. She taught many people that life was worth living. For four years (they told us six months) she challenged that challenge and helped other people with the same. A few years later my husband went through the same and wasn't so lucky to have as long. When I see or hear someone survive a challenge of such, I get Happy Tears and I know they will appreciate life to the fullest. Any challenge people survive should be celebrated and not taken lightly. Learn from it and Live better or the best you can because you DID survive and many people are having those Happy Tears for You. Yes I get uplifted to hear of survival from any challenges. My heart goes out to all people with challenges, there are too many to list but know there are people cheering for you.
ReaAnne, this book sounds wonderful.
Thank you.

Re: Wedded In Scandal (11:08pm April 3, 2012):

I read the excerpt from both these books and they sound fantastic! My son just got married last October and that was another life change for me. I have my youngest daughter who is just leaving home now and now reading these excerpts made me think of her next step. And I thought all those proms nights were tough. I love to read all your heros in their different walks of life. Keep writing so I can keep reading them. Thanks

Re: In Search of Lucy (9:54am March 31, 2012):

I love road trips! I've taken a few and they never disappoint in having a great adventure along the way. On one of our trips the TRIP there was more exciting than the week of our vacation. This brought back some fantastic memories. Thanks

Re: True Highland Spirit (9:48am March 31, 2012):

To have the confidence in what they know is needed and to be able to act on it. I love it when women know when to use their own strength and brains to do the job and then can turn around and still be the lady they are when needed. Thanks

Re: A Light On The Veranda (9:40am March 31, 2012):

Oh definitely the setting is a character in it's self. Without the proper setting for the characters and a good description to enable the readers to SEE. It's like saying "they were in a town"...ok, where? How large? Historical? Points of interest? What's there, why are they there, this Town needs to be described or your reader has lost an important part of the story. I'm not sure if that was a good way to put it but, Yes the setting is a very important 'character'. Thanks

Re: Sanctuary Cove (9:23am March 28, 2012):

Okay, I'd like to meet the folks at Lowcountry Island. I don't much watch TV, I have more important things to do..like READ my books. LOL. I bought a 56" TV just in case but my son says it's an awfully bi empty picture frame. Maybe I should look around for something to put in it.^^ Thanks

Re: The Chase (9:12am March 28, 2012):

Hmm, Okay let's see. Since I don't watch much TV , it's no too hard to say what I watch. First off I do like the CSI and Cold Case but the timing is tough on that. Then I do an about face with Angel and Charmed. But I usually sit in front of DIY and have either my laptop, Kindle, or a book that I'm reading instead and when everyone asks "are you even watching" my reply is "sure, it's called multitasking, I can hear that while I see this, no problem". *sigh* Can't help it, I love to read. Thanks

Re: Vicki's Key (8:55am March 28, 2012):

When I was a very young girl, I used to visit my Grand uncle and love to listen to him talk. Between him (Ted), my Uncle Father Patrick and my nana, I loved it. Now is no different, when I hear the accent,It will catch and hold me still. Now I get to go to my neighbors and listen to them all the time, it's funny every 2 years they go home to visit and when they come back to the USA their accent is always very heavy for a while. John just laughs at me cause while I'm listening, I'm also watching lips ('sigh' I don't know). Thanks

Re: Texas Baby Sanctuary (1:42pm March 27, 2012):

I Love the West, the desert, mountains and the open land. Oooh and I'd love a sexy, tall, strong (he'd have to be strong to pick me up [5'9'' - 145#]) cowboy to pick me up and take me away (I'd have your book with me of course ;) ). MmmmMmmm, Hmmm, does that pretty much tell you what I think of Texas Men. This book sounds good for me, I will definitely be checking it out. Thank You.

Re: The Wings Of Morning (7:12pm March 26, 2012):

Wow, after reading your intro I really started to think of how it was back in the day. All the new inventions and the way of life that was changing and it happened so fast really. It was like the closet opened and it was a door of discovery. I'm sure it changed peoples attitude, their perspective on life and where they wanted to be in this new changing world. It opened doors to new adventures and a whole new way of adapting and living. While all this was going on , the people that believed they had what they needed already in the land and what they could make of it without all this newness probably did get pushes and nudges to go with it even though it wasn't their belief. This is good, it really made me sit back and think of the past without AND with the changes that really did come rather fast. I've not really read books like this but it sure did catch me. It is a time I never really thought about but I now will definitely check it out. This book sounds fantastic and something to give thought to.
Thank You

Re: Sex, Lies and Contracts (6:41pm March 23, 2012):

I like a hero that can catch me with that first look (you know the one..when it's hard to look away when both of your eyes are locked on each other). He must be strong, sensitive to my needs (good heart), sexy (passionate), kinda wild (but will let me tame him ;) , and someone I can always count on whether it be protection or lovin or just to be there.Hmmm, We all need a Hero, now that would give you a reason to open your eyes. The cover is Great. This was fun..MmmHmm, now I have to go out and find my Hero ;).
Thanks

Re: Believe It or Not (9:10pm March 22, 2012):

Accountant, strippers & psychics Oh My. This book sounds like it has the right amount of mix to make you keep turning the pages. I believe most of the time names fit the person or perhaps the person will grow to fit the name. Names are important in a story because when I imagine the character and set the scene I want to say "Yep, that's him". We have some really good ones in our family and the men DO fit the names. I will be reading your work. Thank you.

Re: Assassins In Love (6:59am March 21, 2012):

The whole romance that is being written is made up and to have the world around it all made up then that makes me use my imagination that much more. When I start to read a story like this ,I go into it knowing it's all made up so I won't be comparing time periods or anything. Just enjoying my read. Thanks

Re: Sticks and Stones (6:49am March 21, 2012):

I have a very vivid imagination an I think my daughter has a good since of imagination also. That would be fun and interesting to do together. Thanks

Re: Cassie's Grand Plan (9:30pm March 20, 2012):

Our Town became a City and it has grown too much for me. From 1,200 to over 140,000 kinda makes your head spin. It is a very nice place but, the children all gone now it's time to find a nice place a little further out. You gave a nice tour through your town and pictures were nice too. This book sounds like it will be fun to watch which way this 'Business' will unfold. Thank you

Re: Hellsbane (8:28am March 15, 2012):

I have no problem multitasking and I do prefer noise of any kind around me. If I turn music on it will be country or maybe ray gay. There was always so much noise (TV, music, Wii games, etc.)going on that I just got used to it. The only thing I couldn't go with is when to kids start arguing between themselves, then I had to stop everything and go take care of other business. If I'm turning music on for any reason besides just listening then the music would go with what I was going to do. Thanks

Re: Secret Confessions of Lady H ? Book 1 (6:04am March 14, 2012):

I'm not up for serialized books or stories because I get too impatient for one and the other is I might not be able to get back to it and then I may loose interest. It is sometimes hard just waiting for the next book in a series. I know, patience, patience, patience. I read a lot so I might already have other books lined up and just go with them instead of just a whole lot of pieces.

Re: His Duty to Protect (10:42am March 13, 2012):

Ooooo, Nice cover. Lindsay, it sounds like another fantastic read. I also read Duty To Protect, I love your style, keep them coming nice in uniforms. Thanks

Re: Rule Of Three (10:36am March 13, 2012):

Oh by the way Kelly...FANTASTIC cover!

Re: Rule Of Three (10:33am March 13, 2012):

Wow! Two pairs of Blistering Hot everything...Hmmmm...YES I could go for that. Never tried but if 3 could get along I think it would be very interesting. And for some reason I don't think I would have to be waiting and wanting for anything :). Now I have to wait All Day..haha. Thanks

Re: The Forbidden Claim (8:34am March 12, 2012):

Ahhh, I would like the extra minutes to get away and find something or someone to enjoy a little time with. All the time goes so fast that once in a while Me time is just what the Dr. ordered. Thanks

Re: Sketch a Falling Star (8:26am March 12, 2012):

Maybe in some point of our lost time we may pass. While yours is the writing of the books, mine is the reading of the books. My sister or one of my kids will call to see what I'm doing and I get the same from them. Usually they ask if I'm taking a nap or...reading. My daughter says that she's going to write a book about me getting sucked into the book because when I'm reading a book that I really like she says I'm lost to the world. Haha so funny. The thing is that there are so many Great books out there that I guess I better watch out I Don't get sucked in and that I Can find my way back. Thank you Sharon, this was a fun one. :)

Re: Someone Like You (2:43pm March 8, 2012):

When you're really getting into and enjoying a book and then you notice it's almost over you go 'ooohhhh' but if it's a series then you get to anticipate the next one and you don't feel to bad that you read it too fast 'sigh'. I do love a good series to keep it flowing and for that little time you can be part of it. I do have some catch up to do on your seven series but I'm getting there. Thanks for the great reads.

Re: Texas Pride (2:25pm March 8, 2012):

First I'd like to tell you that one of your books was the first romance I ever read and I enjoyed it enough that I started reading romance. I'm snickering now because I didn't know that a man had written it. Don't get me wrong ...I think that's great because the way I look at it is that as far as romance goes (which I love) then we would both be on the same page so to speak. Oh and if you write it then you probably read it and you know how steamy they are so all I can say is lucky wife (haha). I didn't start reading romance until after my husband passed so I can't say if it would have changed our relationship but it sure as hell could have added spice and even more spontaneous to it. I'm down sizing now and my youngest is moving out and she was looking at my books we were packing and kept rolling her eyes and saying 'romance, oh boy' (I used to say that to my mom, "sigh") never know. Anyway, you probably don't come to AZ (too far from NC) for a book signings for I will say Thank You here for the great books.

Re: Fever (11:06pm March 7, 2012):

Hmmm, I'm not really sure.......I really don't want to think about it now. Did you say something?.......not now, I'm busy. My friend was reading some of yous and he just laughed and said they would be different if a man wrote them. LOL. This was funny because then he wouldn't get off the subject, I got a good laugh. Thanks

Re: Sweet Enemy (5:09am March 7, 2012):

I think it's those little sneak peeks and then the meeting of the eyes with the intensity. Then it hits you, Ohhh, next step when you finally start the journey of the meeting of the lips. All else is Anticipation...Ahhhh. Sounds like Another wonderful book. Thanks

Re: Dire Needs (5:08pm March 5, 2012):

I like a good series of books because it gives me more time to stay in the fantasy that it has created. It does seem like there are a lot of fantastic series out there that I just can't pass up. I really think it depends on the story. I also think a fantastic stand alone book can do it too. Not to say that I haven't said too bad that book had to end. Congrats on your book. They sound delish. Thanks

Re: Obsidian (1:41pm March 3, 2012):

I do like the cover of Obsidan, the couple look like they belong together (Ha,who would have thought). I'm glad you kept Daemon's eyes green. I'm love green eyes and with Katy's grey, Wow, great combination. This book sounds fantastic, can't wait to read it. Thanks

Re: Keeper of the Way (7:38am March 1, 2012):

Book sounds great. Keep them up. Thanks

Re: The Rodeo Man's Daughter (1:12am March 1, 2012):

I never went to my reunion but you have me thinking about the next one coming up. I think it would be a lot of fun And very interesting. I'm going to put a Big check next to it. These books sound wonderful and good reading. I also live in the Southwest and at our front door if you watch you can see a large lizard come out of his hiding spot and the little ones that like to hang on the kitchen window screen, I love to watch them. Enjoy your writing, Thanks.

Re: Clobbered By Camembert (11:52am February 25, 2012):

Hahaha...I'm sitting at my laptop reading through your pages and checking out each book while my son is finishing feeding his 3yr. old son. Then my son looks up at me and ask "what are you doing mom, we have to pick up your new compound bow and we're shooting today so you can set your sights and get a hang of it, I hope you don't plan on reading all day." I turn around and tell him "I'm checking out a couple of books about quiche and fondue" and he said "Oh, what kind are you going to make?" Hahaha! The books sound Delicious! Thanks

Re: The Rogue Pirate's Bride (7:16pm February 24, 2012):

I was always so busy with my kids that I never took the time to read. My oldest daughter became terminally ill and almost 4 years in and out of hospitals (mostly in, 11 months the longest stretch) is when it began. My 2nd grader wanted to read Harry Potter for class assignment and her teacher said no. I got the book and read it and couldn't see why she couldn't. Well it helped me pass the time instead of magazines. Later while sitting in a hospice room (for my husband this time) there was a romance novel on the table and I picked it up and well... the rest is history. It really helped me escape for a while and I found I really enjoyed them. Now it's what I seem to do a lot and my youngest daughter asks me where I traveled today..HAHA. It's time for me to kinda start over again but in the mean time I crave my books to take me away. Maybe someday I will find my own pirate to sweep me away and I will find my HEA. Thanks for the great books.

Re: The Risque Target (5:22pm February 23, 2012):

A man that is confident and passionate in what he does is a nice starter. Someone who has gone through just enough of the knocks to know whats important and what to drop behind. He will have the dominance showing through him to just the right heat and the mystery that makes you want and have to look to see the rest of what's behind those captivating, searing eyes. The small smirk of that delicious mouth will make you lick your lips for wanting. All the while that HOT, HOT body of his will be calling for you with his dominance and you will have to tangle because nothing too easy will do. You take is all in account..mysterious,captivating,intelligence,humor,tall, strong,confident...Hmmm... should I let my take charge attitude down to see the passion under all that wonderful Bad Boy ..Hell yeah! Your books sound yummy, Thanks

Re: King of Darkness (6:34pm February 22, 2012):

Coffee...hot, iced or flavored....Mmmmm. When I'm not drinking my coffee it's tea or water but with Starbucks around the corner what can I say. My sun tea at home but on the road my jeep has a mind of it's own I think. Oh, what a tantalizing King he looks like. The little taste you gave leaves the hunger to find out how he's going to work his magic. Keep them coming!

Re: Courting His Favorite Nurse (6:18pm February 22, 2012):

When I was young I used to go to the festivals and see all the unique balloons and watch them go up and I always wanted to go up with them. Around my 6th anniversary my husband took me on a hot air balloon ride. Oh, I have to say it was Wonderful! The burners were loud but that didn't take anything away from the peace I felt floating through the sky and the view was amazing, I think more so because there wasn't anything completely enclosing us. This is one of those time where you can say there's nothing like it. Since then I have been up one more time but it was a very short ride but I loved it just the same. I'm adventurous and love to be on the go trying new things, thankfully I'm not afraid of heights. Your book sounds great and the cover looks how we felt after our ride.

Re: The Legacy Of Eden (7:40pm February 20, 2012):

The imagination is a wonderful thing and having a good one is fantastic! Through all the books I have read,I have traveled around the world. Without the imagination in the fiction writing about traveling other countries then I think it would get pretty boring. Keep it up so I can enjoy my fiction, it's my get-a-way without leaving. Thanks

Re: The Last Beginning (7:32pm February 20, 2012):

No epic fail, just things are changing. I lost my husband a few years ago but this year made me think. My son was busy with his family (which he should be) and my daughter was out with her boy friend (that's great) and I'm not dating anyone so I was at home reading. The day came and went and made me think ' new beginning, time for me to get out there and find something I like?' Everyone enjoyed themselves so that's was good and my book was great. Hope yours was good. Thanks

Re: The One (3:30pm February 18, 2012):

I watched a couple of shows of reality TV and it didn't do it for me. I don't watch TV much anyway, I love to read and I find that the spare time I do have I would rather be reading a good book than watching TV. With that said..please keep writing these Fantastic books for me. Thanks.

Re: The Widow's Revenge (3:07pm February 18, 2012):

Ahh, the reviews of The Widows Revenge sounds Hot,Hot & Fantastic! I also have to say Off Limits looks and sounds Wonderfully Hot,Hot & Hot also. Thanks for the Great stories!

Re: The Night Is Mine (9:28pm February 16, 2012):

I think everyone has At Least one time in their life where they get hit with the 'I don't know if I can do this' and then find out just how much they can do, or the 'wow, this is for me'. Over the span of 14 years was that time for me. I didn't really think overly that much what I was doing, I just thought it needed doing. You see, my father-in-law was hit by a drunk driver and never recovered from it but he lived 4 years and needed to be taken care of, he wanted to be home with family so I took care of him (I worked full time also). He passed after 4 yrs. but then 3 weeks after we found out our daughter(16) had cancer. Now you see how strong you really are. I learned that she was the strongest to help us through it but I was right there with her. My husband and son could barely coupe but I then knew I was the rock that had to hold them up. Since then my daughter has passed and my husband also (both from cancer) and I now help out at the clinics to assist families when they have trouble getting through this time. I would have never though I could do such a thing myself but between that 14 yrs not only did I help my family but many others in between and have since then. So strength I think comes in many different ways, it's kinda like butterflies in your stomach, it's different for everyone. You gotta love life! I love your writing, keep it coming!

Re: Chosen By Sin (9:12pm February 1, 2012):

Ooooo! Chosen By Sin sounds like another exciting read. Love the romance topped with suspense and paranormal! Hmmm and the cover leaves a lot to the imagination...Not that I don't like the ones that help the imagination out..:) just saying. Love your style.

Re: Dylan (2:30pm January 20, 2012):

Fantastic excerpt! I was lassoed @ school my freshman yr out in the middle of the open lunch area and I thought I was gonna kill me a cowboy (lol). I do know one thing though, there sure wasn't all the Hot & Steamy going on, he just wanted to know my name. My temper scared him off though. I guess I needed one of your cowboys. Can't wait to read another one of your Fabulous reads. Keep writing, I Will keep reading. Thank You. Margie @ [email protected]

Re: Sins Of The Highlander (12:46pm January 20, 2012):

My alpha male would possess bravery and strength to go with his honor. He would know when to be tender or wildly passionate. Oh, and a kilt...Mmm Mmm
