Re: Wasteland

Congrats on all your success, Lynn! Can't wait to meet you at RT. :-) (Kendall Grey 12:00pm April 5, 2012)
Thanks you guys!!!!! Such an exciting journey! Rachel, we'll meet someday soon I hope! Kendall, I'll see you in a few days! (Lynn Rush 1:45pm April 5, 2012)
Thanks for the tip on where you come up with stories. I find that mine happen when it's difficult to write down, so I try to keep a few key phrases in mind until I get to paper for writing it down. Your story sounds like it's got a whole setting with a lot going on. (Alyson Widen 6:45pm April 5, 2012)
I hear ya on that one, Alyson. While I was out jogging one time, a thought for an opening line of my story hit me. I stopped, pulled out my iPHone and wrote myself a note! LOL. Then I just started running again. When I don't have something to write on, I just keep repeating the thoughts until I can find a napkin or post it. LOL. :) Thanks for stopping by to comment! Evidently you are constantly on the alert for story ideas. Maybe your friends had better be on the alert before they find their actions in your book. LOL (Gladys Paradowski 6:09pm April 6, 2012)
This book sounds so amazing to me, that I have to read it!! It takes real talent to be able to pluck story lines practially out of thin air!! Knowing that, and the number of books that you've written, I'm sure this book is going to be fantastic!! It's not normally the type of book I'd read, but I'm so engrossed in the plot, that I have to find out what happens!! You've got to be a master storyteller!! (Peggy Roberson 9:27pm April 6, 2012)
Gladys: I think there's a shirt out there that says, "Be nice to me or I'll kill you in my next novel." or something like that. I saw that somewhere, thought it was great! LOL!!!!
Peggy: Thank you!! I just love writing, so I'm constantly on alert for things to trigger an idea. The key is to keep asking, "What if..." :) Thanks so much. I hope you enjoy the story. Have a SUPER Evening. (Lynn Rush 12:21pm April 7, 2012)
Lynn, this book sounds Fantastic! I live in AZ and I would have traveled to Tucson for the meet if I would have known about it. How do I find out when any of the meet & greets are here in this state, I would love to go! I'm not a writer but I can understand that an Idea could come at any time, I have thought that too and like I said, I'm not even a writer. Happy Writing! (Margie Gagarin 3:17pm April 7, 2012)
I love this genre. I'm always looking for new authors. (Pam Scott 6:55pm April 7, 2012)
