Re: Blown Away (12:21pm May 31, 2010):

I like to have all the books in a triology before I start reading them. I don't know why I'm like that. I think I'm afraid I'll forget details, if I wait too long to read between books.

Re: Dead in the Family (12:20pm May 31, 2010):

What a great list of UF books. I have a few J.R. Ward's books on my soon to-be-read list.

Re: Ancient Whispers (12:18pm May 31, 2010):

Each time I must give a presentation at work or introduce myself, I'm out of my comfort level. I just prefer to stay in the work, unseen, and do my work!

Every day is a challange for me. I don't like doing those things and I'm not getting better at them, but I don't get as nervouse as I used to!

Thanks!

Re: The You I Never Knew (9:59am March 14, 2010):

I would prefer to laugh than cry while reading but believe, that does not always happen.

I read Keeping Promise Rock by Amy Lane last month and I still tear up a bit whenever I think of it!

Re: Dangerous Highlander (4:50pm January 4, 2010):

Congrats on your release. I enjoyed reading your post; it's interesting to read about the "background" scenes in the publishing world.

Re: The Beautiful Being (5:18pm December 17, 2009):

I don't think many people realize all the time and dedication it takes to write a book. Personally, it takes little effort for me to read one!

Thanks!

Thanks.

Re: Sex Drive (5:34pm December 2, 2009):

Though I love series, I do think some have gone too long. I know several authors who have stated they will end certain series by the 5th or 6th book... but they already have a new series in the works!

That makes me happy!
Thanks.

Re: Scorched (4:57am December 1, 2009):

You are a new author to me but the book descriptions sound great. I look forward in starting a new series.

Thanks!

Re: Take Me For A Ride (6:02pm November 25, 2009):

I was helping my grandmother bake pumpkin pies. So I opened the oven to place a pie in it, the pie tilted, all the filling spilled into her oven!

Her freshly cleaned oven!

Mind you, this was a LONG time ago. Back then, you didn't clean ovens by pushing a button. You sprayed it with Easy Off and got on your hands and knees and scrubbed it.

Thanks!

Re: Stolen Heat (4:51pm November 19, 2009):

There was a secondary love story in the book I recently finished. It's What I did For Love by Susan Eliazabeth Philips and it was great.

Thanks,
Tracey D

I look forward in reading your book.

Re: Captive Desires (3:49am November 2, 2009):

I'm not very creative but I do enjoy baking and decorating cakes. It takes a lot of time and work but the results aren't too bad and people enjoy them.

What would Ilike to come to life in the "real world?" Well, I just finished The Briar King by Greg Keyes and I want Asper White to walk into my life!!! What a great character. He's tough on the outside but a big marshmallow on the inside; I just loved him.

Thanks,
Tracey D

Re: Final Approach (6:27pm October 30, 2009):

That's funny about the less desirable candy. We used to buy the "good" candy (Snickers and Hershey's) for the younger kids or for older kids who really tried to make a great costume. We had the "reject" candies like plain lollipops for the kids who wore regular clothes and carried pillow cases!

Thanks,

Re: Mr. Darcy Vampyre (4:39am October 28, 2009):

Re: Santa Honey (4:57pm October 23, 2009):

Hi, Sandra, I enjoyed reading your post.

Though I have a Sony Reader, I will not stop buying paperbacks and hardbacks. There is just "something" about holding a book that a reader can't replace... at least for me. I do like to buy ebooks to support new and little known writers.

Thanks for posting today.

Re: Possess Me At Midnight (5:48pm October 22, 2009):

I'm looking forward in reading this.

Re: A Hollywood Ending (7:48am October 11, 2009):

It is interesting you should mention Susan Elizabeth Phillips because I am currently reading What I Did For Love and I just love it. Ms. Philips is a "new" author for me and I'm sorry I have missed out on her earlier works.

But there are no worries on this end; I will track down the previous works, buy and read them all!

Re: The Promise (7:42am October 11, 2009):

Like the other posters, I think you should read them, too. I have many books that were written over 20 years ago and have not read them, yet! But, I haven't given them away and they are not hidden on my bookcases... as a matter of fact, I can several right now!

Read them and enjoy them; I know I will.

Re: Out Of The Darkness (4:46pm October 8, 2009):

The cover has caught me hook, line, and sinker!

What is your opinion on book trailers? Do you think they help in book sales?

Thanks.

Re: Shades of Twilight (11:45am September 26, 2009):

Over 10 years ago, I found a book at the doctor’s office. It was written by a local author and it was about the county’s historical past. While glancing through it, I found pictures of the farm I was raised on. When I returned home, I searched for the book but it was out of print and copies were scarce and extremely expensive. Fast forward 8 years….

I was reading the local paper online. In the county section, I stumbled upon a book signing and lecture, by the same author I had discovered 8 years ago! Needless to say, I registered it and dragged my parents with me. I actually had the opportunity to speak with the author about the area, too. I was thrilled!

Thanks,
Tracey
