Re: He Loves Me ... KNOT (6:12am November 28, 2017):
Yes, I think we'd be a great match! And the new book sounds like a great read!
Re: Triple Score (6:31am July 25, 2016):
I have a few authors I really enjoy like Jill Shalvis and Penny Reid. Their dialogue is always witty, funny and engaging.
Re: Agent N6: Dylan (5:07am August 6, 2015):
Faces on the cover certainly adds to the appeal of a book, but then if they don't match up with the description of the characters then it throws me off! That's just a pet peeve for me! :D
Re: A Peach of a Pair (4:52am August 6, 2015):
Congrats Kim on the new book! I love a mug of hot chocolate topped with whipped cream to celebrate a new book!
Re: At Wolf Ranch (3:39am February 26, 2015):
They're such hard workers and physically strong to withstand the rigors of the ranch.
Re: Risky Game (3:58am May 15, 2014):
I completely love sports romances, especially any that revolve around my favorite sport hockey which puts Rachel Gibson's Chinook series squarely at the top of my list! If I was forced to pick my favorite out of that series, it would have to be Any Man of Mine although I do love them all! I also enjoy reading Jaci Burton, Deidre Martin, Anna Sugden and Toni Aleo's hockey reads. As for other sports, definitely This Heart of Mine by SEP would have to be my favorite football and Carly Phillips' Hot Zone series is my favorite for baseball :)
Re: A Sweet Life Boxed Set (7:05am May 11, 2014):
Awesome set of books with some of my favorite authors! And what a wonderful thing to set up an auction to raise money for diabetes awareness and research. Way to go Brenda!
Re: Dash of Peril (4:03am April 3, 2014):
I cannot wait to read Dash's story! Your books are always so entertaining and the men of your Love Undercover series are just fabulous!!
Re: Hot Rock (7:26pm February 25, 2014):
It's the whole music scene that draws girls in...as young girls most of us were fangirls of singers, musicians and boy bands. And when we grow up, it just translates into liking the edgier, bad boys of the music world.
Re: The Trouble With Honor (4:33pm February 25, 2014):
Hi Julia, I just love the gorgeous cover of Honor's book. I'm really looking forward to reading what George has in store for Honor since she bested him in the card game. Thanks for the giveaway!
Re: Once In A Lifetime (6:39am February 23, 2014):
Thanks for the excerpt, Jill. It's definitely romantic with a touch of melancholy. Now I want to know what led up to this scene. Can't wait to read this one!
Re: The Bad Boy Billionaire's Wicked Arrangement (4:34am December 31, 2013):
I'd love it if someone could list all the places where one might find a billionaire bad boy because they certainly don't grow on trees! I'd like to meet one in a coffee shop somewhere, over a latte with whipped cream!
Re: The Scandal in Kissing an Heir (3:28am December 31, 2013):
Sounds like another fabulous read from Sophie! And who doesn't love a good masquerade? :-)
Re: If Wishes Were Earls (3:26am December 31, 2013):
Oooh, Harriet and Roxley's story sounds wonderful. I'm itching to find out what happens to them (and what her 6 brothers will do!)
Re: Unclaimed (12:55pm December 13, 2013):
We go driving around the other neighborhoods looking at all the Christmas Lights displays.
Re: Hard As It Gets (4:08pm November 26, 2013):
Can't go wrong with any of the books in Jill Shalvis' Animal Magnetism series. Plenty of animals in her stories and on the covers too!
Re: Run The Risk (11:14pm October 18, 2013):
I always love Lori's hunky heroes! I can't wait to read Logan and Pepper's story! Thanks for the giveaway!!
Re: A Lady's Secret Weapon (11:09pm October 18, 2013):
I definitely like both kinds of historicals, it really depends on my mood. Sometimes I just want to laugh, other times I want to walk on the dangerous side and try to solve a mystery. Sabrina Jeffries and Gaelen Foley are two of my all-time favorites!! Can't wait to read your books, I always enjoy learning more about the authors behind the books!
Re: A Perfect Distraction (5:11pm September 11, 2013):
Scott Stevens is a legend! Glad I wasn't one of those guys he's hit lol Epic hits but he's got the skill and talent to back up his physical play. Cheers!
Re: Against The Ropes (3:26am September 7, 2013):
This sounds like a great read, love books with a touch of humor in them. It makes them more fun to read!! :)
Re: Cowboy Seeks Bride (11:59pm August 24, 2013):
I do hate it when series come to an end! Especially series that last longer than 3 books! You become so invested in them that the characters and even their towns become familiar and beloved. It just makes re-reading the series all the sweeter but it hurts just a little to get to the end. However, seeing spin-off series or next-gen series always make me happy again! Congrats on completing the series Carolyn!
Re: Once Upon A Tartan (3:50am August 16, 2013):
I've thought about giving writing a try but I don't have the patience to think of anything that would consist of a novel or even a novella. I'd be more apt to have my hero appear and HEA! lol I'd much rather read from those more talented than I.
Re: Jaguar Fever (4:00am August 2, 2013):
Wow, thanks for the steamy excerpt, Terry! I'll go join the line of ladies who want to dance with Wade now, although Maya might not give us a chance with him! ;) I'm thinking the Jaguar Shifters Club is a pretty unique place, and I haven't seen or heard of anyplace like that where I'm from!
Re: Tall, Dark, And Vampire (3:50am August 2, 2013):
I'd be a forever young, super strong vamp with lightning fast speed who never has to diet. Sign me up for this! ;D
Re: Merger to Marriage (4:52am July 13, 2013):
I do love tried and true plots with a touch of the unexpected in my books. And I love to see how different author builds up to the resolutions to the conflicts between the characters. My favorite Lucy moment has got to be the chocolate assembly line(that one never fails to make me laugh!)
Re: The Rogue Steals A Bride (4:38am July 13, 2013):
I do so enjoy the British as well. Sometimes things just sounds that much better with a British accent! LOL :)
Re: It Happened One Midnight (12:18pm July 3, 2013):
Oh it has to happen again! How could it now? I can't wait to read this one. When you started writing this series, did you envision it would go on for this long? This is quickly becoming one of those series I hope will never end :)
Re: All Out of Love (2:44am June 26, 2013):
Wahoo, mostly D's! Great bunch of authors but I'm thrilled I'm a match to Lori!!
Re: One Night With A Rake (3:25am June 21, 2013):
Unfortunately I have allergies, so I don't have any pets. But your dogs sounds wonderful, I'm glad you were able to save them and give them a good home.
Re: It Had To Be You (9:02pm June 5, 2013):
Great choices for the playlist, I think it suits it very well. For me, I could listen to music but I usually turn it way down low. I like to focus just on my book and if I have music I like on, I tend to start singing along and then I forget what I just read :P
Re: The Practice Proposal (5:29am May 12, 2013):
I'd pick Nashville Predators' Mike Fisher (Carrie Underwood's husband). He's deeply religious and seems like he genuinely cares about his fans. Plus he's got dreamy eyes!
Re: The Summer He Came Home (10:54pm April 18, 2013):
Not really big fan of rock music, but I listen to Bon Jovi, The Beatles. What a great giveaway, thanks Juliana!
Re: Night Demon (5:57am April 14, 2013):
Of course, I always want to root for an intelligent but strong guy. Can't root for someone who's not witty or entertaining!
Re: Sweet Madness (8:32pm April 5, 2013):
Congrats on the new book! I've always been partial to green, I'm not the jealous type but I do try to be optimistic and calm. So in some ways, the color suits me, but I'm more a mixture of all the colors!
Re: If You Give A Rake A Ruby (11:22pm March 21, 2013):
Shana, your list of 5 is spot on. Who wouldn't want an intelligent hero who is kind, reliable, thoughtful, loyal and has a good sense of humour? Love your books!
Re: Jake (2:36pm February 27, 2013):
The Conways are spectacular in the way that most western men are :)
Re: The Chieftain (2:34pm February 27, 2013):
I absolutely love it when the hero and heroine are connected when they were younger. Those are my favorite type of series, when all the major characters have histories tied to each other beit siblings or childhood friendships. It adds so much more depth to the chracters, IMO. I love your series, Mallory, I can't wait to read The Cheiftain!
Re: Once Again A Bride (11:37pm February 7, 2013):
Being surrounded with the things I grew up with helps me to see where I've come from and helps me to see where I want to go. Thanks for the contest!
Re: Lady Eve's Indiscretion (11:21pm February 7, 2013):
I think you are so right, you've got to motivate yourself to start whatever you set your heart on doing, regardless of your fears. Once you start, you're one step closer to your goal! Thanks for the contest!
Re: Deck the Halls With Love (2:43pm January 30, 2013):
Hi Lorraine, I'm a huge fan of secondary characters getting their own books and I can't really pick out any because most of the authors I read usually write trilogies or series which does my heart good. But usually if the main character is from a big family, I like to see their relations (not just siblings but cousins as well) get their own books and happy endings.
Re: Rapture Untamed (3:06am June 30, 2010):
I love reading series. It's like being invited into a friends world that you can keep up with. I love Johanna Lindsay's Malory Novels, as well as a ton of Nora Roberts trilogies. Also Julia Quinn and Lisa Kleypas have a recurring storyline I love.
My current favorite right now (besides the Ferral Warriors) is Gena Showalter's Lords of the Underworld series. And her Atlantis series.
Can't wait to read Rapture Untamed!
