10 Years and Going Strong
2014 has been an eventful year for
Fresh Fiction, and the year isn't over yet! We hosted over 60
events this year, including our very successful Adventures in
Fiction, Boas & Tiaras, and Readers &
'ritas. We held 1000+ contests this year with nearly
840,000 readers entering. More than 600 newsletters featuring
our authors and Fresh Fiction content like Fresh Pick and Author News were sent,
and our amazing review team have reviewed 2,404 books and
counting this year.

Seventh Annual Reader
&'ritas! We are already planning next year's event. Keep an

In October we hosted a Kickstarter donors
party for the YouTube premiere of Rachel Caine's "The
Morganville Vampires" webseries. It was a thrill getting to bring to life Rachel's
vision with great food, cast members from the series, and a live streaming video
chat for many who couldn't attend. The Fresh Fiction team looks forward to
planning more reader-author events in 2015, and we've already started putting
together two for The Romantic Times Book-Lovers Convention when it comes to
Dallas in May. We hope you'll join us.

Fresh Fiction
moved beyond the Internet in 2014. After appearing monthly on "Good Morning
Texas" for Dallas ABC affiliate WFAA for two years, Gwen Reyes joins the news
team every Wednesday as the WFAA
Literary Expert. Once a week she shares her picks of the best books, hottest
trends, and what to read with your book clubs. |
