Etopia Press | Welcoming a New Etopia Press!
Everyone at Etopia Press is excited and, well, practically crazy over the
changes happening this month! We have a brand new website going up on December
6th, with all new imprints—something for every reader. We're really happy
to announce this here, at Fresh Fiction, and invite all the readers in to
celebrate with us!
Here's the basics of our new lines:
Introducing Deadly Desires!
Deadly Desires is Etopia Press's romantic suspense imprint. Strong, alpha
heroes; brave, indomitable heroines, and tense, fast-moving plots filled with
danger and suspense. Police, military, and paramilitary men are natural heroes,
but we didn't forget the strong heroines—FBI agents, detectives, or just
ordinary Janes who fall into the role of amateur sleuth or "woman in danger"
against their will. These stories have lots of conflict and
drama—something important is always at stake, and death lurks around every
corner.
Welcome Feral! Feral is Etopia Press's paranormal romance imprint. As
always, strong, alpha heroes; brave, savvy heroines, and untamed paranormal
worlds brimming with danger, excitement, and passion. Shape-shifters and
werewolves, vampires and witches, angels and demons, psychics and ghosts... if
there's another reality beyond ours, we've got it. Feral heroes are just
that—wild, untamed, and most certainly on the prowl. But no matter how
powerful they are, they're powerless against the call of that one, special
female. The stakes are high, and nothing ever comes easy—especially when
someone's not quite human.
Presenting Audacious! Audacious is Etopia Press's new adult, or "NA"
romance imprint. Like all our imprints, Shameless has strong, alpha heroes and
likeable, independent heroines, but these characters are in their late teens and
early twenties (at least 18) and are dealing with the transitions between high
school, college, and the working world. They can be coming of age stories, or
they can deal other themes completely, but what all Audacious stories have in
common is the fresh, engaging voice of the times, and characters who are living
through the social and cultural issues that are out there, right now.
All Hail Raw Silk! Raw Silk is Etopia Press's historical romance
imprint. Strong, alpha heroes; brave, indomitable heroines, times and locales
that speak to a readers' sense of romance and mystery. Highland warriors,
Western lawmen, Regency rakes, swashbuckling pirates, Viking raiders, and other
powerful figures who can rule men, but fall victim to the charms of one, small
woman. These stories are bursting with historical detail and colorful settings,
and transport the reader to a different time and place.
Give It Up for Etopia Rush! Rush is Etopia Press's erotic romance
imprint. These stories are first and foremost romance, but these books also
have a high degree of sexuality and eroticism that cannot be separated from the
story. The sex scenes are graphic and explicit—and hot—no
missionary-only, please! These stories are designed to titillate. All romance
readers want to feel the love, but erotic romance readers also want to feel the
sex!
Introducing Shameless! Shameless is Etopia Press's contemporary
romance imprint. Shameless has strong, alpha heroes; likeable, independent
heroines, and stories that capture all the drama, joy, pain, and passion of
contemporary life. These stories can be witty and funny, or more serious and
dramatic. Secret babies, billionaire Sheiks, and hot firefighters, or something
a little different. What they all have in common is tons of sexual tension,
loads of emotion, and when our characters finally come together, lots of
deliciously steamy love scenes. Shameless heroes are rugged and
masculine—a Shameless hero will move mountains to be with the woman he
loves—even if he doesn't know it yet.
