Tracy Deebs | My Top 10 Favorite Beatlesβ Songs
Iβm so excited to be here today talking about The SECRET LIFE OF A DREAM
GIRL, my first ever Entangled Crush book. :-) Itβs totally stand
alone, but is part of the Creative HeArts series, a
bunch of stories written by four different authors that all take place at a
creative arts high school in my home town of Austin, Texas.
Anyway, my main characterβDahliaβis pulling a reverse Hannah Montana. Instead
of being an ordinary girl hiding her life as a pop star, sheβs a world famous
pop star masquerading as an ordinary girl as she tries to get her careerβand
lifeβin some semblance of order. Sheβs been under the thumb of her very
overbearing manager/father for her entire career, and all she really wants to do
is take a breath and spend some time pursuing her real musical passion of being
a singer/songwriter.
I had so much fun writing this book because itβs all about musicβmy hero and
heroine talk to each other in song lyrics, thereβs a great scene at Waterloo
Records, Austinβs most famous indie record store, and thereβs an awful lot of
early, feel good Beatles stuff in there too. Which is why I thought Iβd go old
school with this blog and list off my Top Ten Favorite Beatlesβ Songs. :-)

How about you? Whatβs your favorite Beatlesβ song? And if you donβt have one,
how about your favorite song period?

Hiding in plain sight is harder than it looksβ¦
Dahlia Greeneβaka international pop superstar Cherryβis undercover as a
normal high school student. She just wants to experience what real life
is like, so when she overhears hottie Keegan Matthews nervously talking about
liking a girl, she sees the perfect opportunity to live a real life and
play a little matchmaker. What was not part of the plan was falling for a
guy she can never tell the truth.
Keegan Matthews has been secretly crushing on Dahlia ever since she started
at his school. Sure, Dahlia thinks heβs crushing on some other girlβnot
realizing his Dream Girl is actually herβbut he figures, play along with
her tips to woo someone else, let her get to know him, and then make his move.
But with so many secrets in the mix, their romance is doomed from the startβ¦

Re: Tracy Deebs | My Top 10 Favorite Beatlesβ Songs
Yesterday. (Sharon Berger 2:01pm June 18, 2016)
In alphabetical order, here are my favorite Beatles songs:
"All My Loving" "Do You Want to Know a Secret?" "Eleanor Rigby" (although I admit I like Kansas' version better) "Got to Get You Into My Life" "I'm Down" (Aerosmith did a great cover of this song!) "Lady Madonna" "Penny Lane" "P.S. I Love You" "She's a Woman" (My favorite Beatles song) "Yesterday" (I like Michael Bolton's version better) (Edward Washington 11:53pm June 19, 2016)
I like many but Yesterday sticks out. (Debra Guyette 9:34am June 20, 2016)
" I Saw Her Standing There " and " I Want To Hold Your Hand " are my favorites but I really love most of them . I have most of their old albums . Thanks for this chance to win your book . (Joan Thrasher 10:46am June 20, 2016)
Love the Beatles! While my Guitar Gently Weeps, or And I Love Her...but many others, too. (Cynthia Powers 5:43am June 22, 2016)
My all time favorite Beatles song is definitely "I Want to Hold Your Hand" followed with βWith a Little Help from My Friends.β I also immensely enjoy the song "Yellow Submarine" as it was the first Beatles song I had ever heard. Many thanks for the chance to win your giveaway. (Diana LaRock 1:19pm June 22, 2016)
