February 1, 2015 Lindsay McKenna steps into the Indie world with ZONE OF FIRE

ZONE OF FIRE was an accident in waiting. I hadn't gotten the 11,000 word novella to my publisher, Harlequin in time, for them to take a look at it to see if they wanted to create an ebook out of it. They said the turn-around time was too short. And they gave me permission to create the novella through my Indie company, Blue Turtle Publishing.

I got it edited, copy edited and proofread. It is actually a novella sequel to NO SURRENDER, HQN, June 2013 (and before that, it is BREAKING POINT, HQN). These are all Shadow Warrior series books. Those who read about Bay and Gabe, and want to catch up on their lives, ZONE OF FIRE is for you! It was a breath of fresh air to be able to create this novella for my readers who were clamoring to find out "what happened next" to Bay and Gabe. I'll be doing a lot more of this with my series, Delos, which will come out in Oct/2015. I've got all kinds of goodies waiting for my loyal readers!
