My favorite thing is to make oatmeal the night before the easy way. Mix 6
ounces of any flavor yogurt with 1/4 cup of old fashioned or quick cooking
oatmeal . In a tight fitting container mix it. Then put in the fridge overnight
(eight hours) and eat in the morning. You can add fruit or chocolate chips,
etc if you wish. (I use low fat yoplait yogurt.)

Romance novels were the last thing I would read as thought I was too
"educated." Then at the age of 40, I discover romance novels! I owe that
to my co-worker (now my friend). I fell in love with romance novels!!!

in the zone. Its been a while since I have been that captivated by a book--
however I do admit that when I do find a book that puts me in the zone--I am
no longer in the world but the book's world! When I finish reading such a
book--I look for more books by that author!
