The only thing that I do not see on your list which is a
personal one on mine but by no means a deal breaker
(sometimes) is TALL and RUGGED.. and if he happens to have
a Scottish accent then all the better..

Other than the fact that he needs to be self-sufficient,
meaning he needs to be able to cook and do his laundry, I
think you covered all of the bases!! You nailed everything
I would be looking for, at least what I would be looking for
while my brain is engaged while on my first cup of coffee!!
lol I enjoyed your posting as much as I'm sure I will enjoy
your book!! Congratulations on what I'm sure is going to
make an enjoyable read for this time of year, and something
a little more lighthearted to add to my TBR list!!

As we grow older, I look at my husband's characteristics and
tend to compare other men to him. Grumpy? Yes. Dependable,
yes. Sense of humor? Yes. Strong, yes. Sense of humor?
Yes. Those were my most important needs, but the one that
took the longest when we were dating? Saying I love you. I
figured if he ever said it to me, it would be forever, because
