Sarah Title | Blizzard Blues

Full disclosure: I actually like winter. But I live in West Virginia, so my
definition of โ€œwinterโ€ may be slightly skewed. I havenโ€™t had the chance to burn
any hot chocolate calories by shoveling snow, at least not yet. (I may have just
jinxed myself โ€“ April snowstorm, here we come!)

Itโ€™s not that Iโ€™ve never lived through a *real* winter. I grew up in the
Northeast, and I went to grad school in the Midwest โ€“ trust me, Iโ€™ve had winter.
But Iโ€™m not going to lie, having some geographical distance from the real white
stuff is affecting my memory. Falling snow is so romantic if you know you donโ€™t
have to get up early to shovel out your car.

Admit it, there are nice parts to a blizzard. Hot chocolate topped with whipped
cream. Curling up in front of a roaring fire. Snuggling under a pile of blankets
with a handsome guyโ€ฆ Sorry, where was I?

Right. Blizzards. The best remedy for the Blizzard Blues is something hot and sweet, like Gavin Fraser, the hero of my novella, SNOWED IN. When he meets Maureen Oโ€™Connell, sheโ€™s kind of a mess. But heโ€™s a gentleman, and when theyโ€™re stranded together in a blizzard, he does his best to keep her warmโ€ฆ

About SNOWED IN

Thereโ€™s nothing like a hot kiss on a cold dayโ€ฆ

Librarian Maureen Oโ€™Connell might have predicted sheโ€™d find herself crying into
the ice cream case at the supermarket after a bad breakupโ€”but she definitely
never imagined that a guy hot enough to melt the Rocky Road would flirt with her
right there in the freezer aisle. Only Gavin Fraser isnโ€™t a fantasy, heโ€™s a
mouth-watering new flavorโ€ฆ

When a freak snowstorm strands Maureen at Gavinโ€™s after just one date, itโ€™s a perfect excuse for something a lot steamier than hot chocolate in front of the fire. Itโ€™s definitely lust. Can it also be love?

About Sarah Title

By day, Sarah Title is a (sort of) mild-mannered librarian in West Virginia, and by night, she writes funny, steamy comfort reads. Her first book, KENTUCKY HOME, was released by eKensington in April 2013, and she has released another book, HOME SWEET HOME, and two novellas, "Kentucky Christmas" and "Snowed In," with eKensington (now Lyrical). She also contributed to the anthology, DELICIOUS, with Lori Foster and Lucy Monroe. Her newest book, TWO FAMILY HOME, will be released by Lyrical Press in August 2015. Re: Sarah Title | Blizzard Blues

You're right. There are a lot of nice things about Winter,
and where I live, we happen to get a lot of snow. We had
over a foot in the past few days, and since I live in the
country, when I look out my windows, when the sun is
shining, like this morning, it looks like thousands of
diamonds are kissing the landscape!! The bare trees make a
stark contrast, and if the deer are out, it adds to the
scene. My Husband and I have several different types of
bird feeders out, so we see all different varieties of
birds, from woodpeckers, to blue jays to goldfinches, and
they know when we're out there to feed them, because they
automatically fly to the trees and start their calls, to
alert the rest of the clan!! Our furnace resembles a
fireplace, so it looks cozy inside every time it kicks on.
At night, the flames dance with color!! We cheat at night,
since we need to use an electric blanket, due to my health
issues. Your books sound really good, and I pray that
they're in print, because although I got a bit long-winded,
to make a long story short, I have no e-reader, and no room
on my computer to download books. Congratulations on your
latest book!! Sounds really good!!
