Nancy Naigle | Honey, these are not your mommaโ€™s grannies...

websitebookbubamazonpinterestYouTubegoodreadsInstagramfacebooktwitter
Book One of THE GRANNY SERIES, IN FOR A PENNY just came out yesterday, and Kelsey Browning and I are having a ball writing these stories. This first book is dedicated to Kelsey's momma, and we hope you fall in love with the gals in this series just as quickly and deeply as we have.

When Lillian Summer Fairview realizes that her dearly departed husband, Harlan, squandered away the family fortune leaving her with nothing but stacks of losing lottery scratcher tickets and a turn-of-the-century home in need of repair...it isn't one of her best days. She has an image to uphold in Summer Shoals, Georgia. Heck, her family built this town and the front lawn of Summer Haven—the family estate—is still used for everything from the annual Easter egg hunt to crowning of the Miss Mule Festival.

Well, that's what her best friend, Maggie, is trying to figure out with the help
of some new friends. Shortly before Lil went to the big house, Serendipity
Johnson moved into Summer Haven with Lillian and Maggie. You see, Sera needed a
place to stay after the sheriff nearly arrested her for boondocking in the
WalMart parking lot. Then, Sheriff Castro gets suspicious about what might be
happening over at Summer Haven and asks his old friend Abby Ruth Cady to
infiltrate the goin-on's at Lil's estate. Only poor Teague doesn't know that
Abby Ruth has switched alliances on him.

To find out more about this cast of wily mature women and the sheriff, come on over to GrannySeries. I can tell you this...Sheriff Teague Castro has his hands full with these gals. Hugs and happy reading~

This book sounds like a real hoot, and it's just the type of book I need to shake up my Fall reading list!! I have a lot of Romances, and needed a little something that was on the lighthearted side to break up the monotony. I think your book is going to do that - and more!! I love the story line, and you've pulled out all the stops with your cast of characters!! This book is definately on my TBR list, and I'm looking forward to hunkering down this Fall with your book in one hand, and a cup of hot chocolate in the other!! Thank you for writing what I'm sure is going to be a fun read!!

Thanks Peggy! Can't wait to hear what you think about the
gals. Summer Shoals, Georgia is going to be a great place to
tuck away this winter.
Hugs and happy reading~

I am so anxious to read this series. Had a big book order from Amazon last week so will keep the grannies on my list for the next order. Sounds terrific and I want to find out which Granny I am most like, or not at all like. :)

Thanks girls, you amaze me with your books.

Mature women can have a great store of knowledge so I'm sure this is a good mystery. Sounds like fun!

Sounds like a spunky bunch of gals who know a thing or two
about how to fix things in their circle. Looks like they've
got a lot of work to do in figuring out how to carve out a
place where folding money is a shiny object that is dying to
make it back into the granny pockets or purse.
