1--What is the title of your latest release?
Our newest release is a sparkly new print edition of ADDICTED TO YOU, published by Berkley and coming August 16th!
2--What’s the “elevator pitch” for your new book?
Two best friends pretend to be in a relationship to hide their addictions from their families.
3--How did you decide where your book was going to take place?
The Addicted series follows elite wealthy families on the East Coast, and we decided on Philadelphia, which has become the birthplace of the fictional soda company Fizzle.
4--Would you hang out with your heroine in real life?
Absolutely! Lily Calloway is a lover of all things fandom, especially X-Men. As are we! We would gush with her all day, every day.
5--What are three words that describe your hero?
Sarcastic. Sharp-edged. Redeemable.
6--What’s something you learned while writing this book?
Not judging people too quickly—everyone has demons and issues that weigh under the surface that not everyone can see.
7--Do you edit as you draft or wait until you are totally done?
Since there are two of us, we edit as we draft. We don’t split chapters between the two of us. Instead, one of us will write ahead and the other will come in and compulsively edit as the story is being written, and we’ll flip-flop roles eventually. It sounds chaotic, but it’s organized chaos!
8--What’s your favorite foodie indulgence?
Chocolate and pasta! Not together, but definitely one after the other!
9--Describe your writing space/office!
It’s very cozy. We love writing on chairs and not necessarily at a desk, so we have big comfy chairs.
10--Who is an author you admire?
Kennedy Ryan! She is a powerhouse, so compassionate, and such a hard worker. We’re constantly in awe of her talent and drive!
11--Is there a book that changed your life?
Split by Swati Avasthi. We both read Split when we were growing up, and the character’s relationship with his brother and his struggles deeply moved us.
12--Tell us about when you got “the call.” (when you found out your book was going to be published)
It’s an absolute dream to have Berkley behind this new Addicted to You print edition. We had to pinch ourselves! We pretty much paced around our kitchen asking ourselves, is this real? Nine years ago, we self-published Addicted to You, and we’re so grateful Berkley believes in Lily & Lo’s story and that it’s coming to life all over again.

Contemporary Romance & Sci-Fi/Fantasy Romance

Dead Poets Society
15--What is your favorite season?
Spring (Becca) and Fall (Krista)
16--How do you like to celebrate your birthday?
We usually go out to eat somewhere special together and include our family. Typically, it’s low-key.
17--What’s a recent tv show/movie/book/podcast you highly recommend?
Station Eleven on HBO Max has quickly become one of our all-time favorite television shows. It’s a limited series and an absolute masterpiece.
18--What’s your favorite type of cuisine?
Japanese (Krista) and Italian (Becca)
19--What do you do when you have free time?
We either read, binge-watch television shows, or take some walks around the park and catch some sun!
20--What can readers expect from you next?
After Addicted to You, the sequel Ricochet is coming out in October. It’s also a brand-new print edition with bonus material by Berkley. We can’t wait!!
