Not that I needed an excuse to buy ball gowns, sparkly shoes, and more books. Here are some proven mind-sharpening tips according to science. WHAT TO EAT FOR BRAIN FOG, GUT HEALTH, AND MENTAL SHARPNESS OVER FIFTY Having trouble focusing? Is your memory not what it used to be? Is it impossible to stay organized? It might be a sign of aging, but it might be brain fog! Here's how changes in your diet can help improve brain function according to a dietitian. Because fog is only charming in the English countryside with Mr. Darcy. Join Marie Bostwick at Fierce Beyond Fifty, a lifestyle blog for women who are ready to seize and celebrate their maturity and create lives of significance, empowerment, and joy.
