1 cup raw almonds
2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon honey
Soak almonds in water overnight. Discard water.
Combine almonds and 2 cups water in a food processor; process until almonds are
ground up. Add vanilla and honey and pulse to combine.
Put a length of cheesecloth in a bowl. Pour everything out of food processor
into the bowl. Gather the ends of the cheesecloth and drain, squeezing to get
as much liquid out as possible.
Chill and serve over ice.
