More June Books

Wow! I am still amazed at all of the books Harlequin has out this month. I wish I could fit them all in this column. But since I can’t here are my top picks from the rest of the series.

Enjoy!

Harlequin American Romance

"I need a mommy for my daughter and I’m willing to marry to get one." At least that’s Grady McCabe’s agenda in Mommy for Hire by Cathy Gillen Thacker. He’s in the market for a wife and only one sexy woman seems to fit his conditions. And she’s not available. That doesn't stop Grady from popping the question to the widowed matchmaker. And the take- charge scion of the legendary McCabe clan isn't used to taking no for an answer.

Impossible as father and daughter are to resist, Alexis has her own rules for dating. Marrying for love is at the top of her list. So it looks as if she won't be getting her secret wish to be part of Grady's family. Unless she can change a certain Texan's mind and heart….

Silhouette Desire

Wow! It was so hard to choose one book to talk about, they all seem like perfect reads. Be sure to check out the other five books offered by this series. But The Prodigal Prince’s Seduction by Olivia Gates is my first pick.

As one of the world's most powerful men, Prince Durante D'Agostino often received inappropriate offers. Yet the woman attached to this one stole the breath from his body. He had no interest in discussing business—until he learned she'd come to bring the prodigal prince back to Castaldini to become its future king.

Seduction the messegner wasn’t supposed to be part of the bargain. But after one fiery night, Durante knew Gabrielle was meant to rule by his side. Until he discovered her true identity—and the betrayal launched his scheme for a most royal revenge.

Harlequin Romance

Honeymoon with the Boss by Jessica Hart is sure to be a great read for any Harlequin Romance fan.

Top tycoon Tom Maddison is used to calling the shots—until his convenient marriage falls through. But rather than waste his honeymoon, he'll take his boardroom to the beach and bring his oh-so-sensible secretary, Imogen, on a tropical business trip!

Imogen’s always fancied Tom, but knows he sees her as superefficient…not sexy! Yet on idyllic Coconut Island the white sand and inviting turquoise lagoons are weaving their magic.

Harlequin Intrigue

I think intrigue and mystery was invented just for this next writer.

Big Sky Dynasty by B.J. Daniels is about Dalton Corbett's secret past had finally caught up with him and taken residence above Whitehorse's knit shop—owned by the unsuspecting and sweet Georgia Michaels. Although Georgia had no reason to mistrust the woman she'd just rented to, Dalton knew how dangerous and deadly she was…just as he knew that Georgia was the type of girl his mother hoped he'd marry. Unwilling to see Georgia hurt, he devoted himself to ensuring her safety—and the more time he spent with her, the more he realized that she was the woman for him. But would his secrets jeopardize his brothers' marriage pact and put the next Corbett bride in danger?

Harlequin Fun Facts

• Silhouette Special Edition series is launched in 1982 with Janet Dailey’s Terms of Surrender.
