I am the author of 116 books and counting! I write several genres of romance, including medieval, paranormal, fantasy, western, and small town contemporary. I love to feature strong heroines who have a mind of their own, can do anything a man can do (and more) including wielding a sword. I also love writing alpha heroes who are a little rough around the edges and benefit from being paired up with a strong woman. Oh, and yeah, I like my heroes to have a tortured past. I love writing dialogue and throwing in nasty villains and lots of action and big plots. One last thing, I love writing big families and then writing next generation romances, telling you the stories of those characters’ children once they are grown as well.
About:
I live in the suburbs of Chicago although I’m not a city girl and really more of a country girl at heart. Some of my hobbies are tending to my herb garden, delving into anything paranormal, collecting crystals and healing gemstones, and writing books in my secret garden in the summertime from my writing hammock where nature is my inspiration. I love to learn what life was like back in medieval times and delve into lives of commoners a lot which isn’t normally seen in historical romances. In my latest book, Ladybird (Book 9, Below the Salt Series) my heroine is noble but also a falconer and my hero is a commoner and a thief-taker which is like an ancient day bounty hunter more or less.

The Thief-taker:
