- How would you describe your family or your childhood?
I lost my father when I was very young and have no memory of him; I was raised by the woman he was with at the time; My childhood? It was a lonely existence, always searching for what my family should have been; raised at Resolute, the station in Australia.
- What was your greatest talent?
My greatest talent is escaping from trouble, the British out on the high seas, and in London.
- Significant other?
I had no significant other, until her; she stepped out of the past, out of a dream, and I knew she was mine.
- Biggest challenge in relationships?
Before her, I never stayed for long; any encounter was simply that, an encounter. I never wanted anything more, because of her, because of the past that was taken from us.
- Where do you live?
Resolute Station, Australia, is the place I call home, when I'm not aboard the Revenge, my ship, or in some foreign port trading cargo.
- Do you have any enemies?
Others would say that, as the Raven, I have many. I would say that I have only one--the British, and the reason I am in London, for revenge and to set the past right once and for all.
- How do you feel about the place where you are now?
Is there something you are particularly attached to, or particularly repelled by, in this place? London--I came for revenge, I found the past and almost lost it again, almost lost her again...
- Do you have children, pets, both, or neither?
I have no ties with the way I've lived, until her--Elyse, she is from my past, a past life that I lost. I will not lose her again.
- What do you do for a living?
I would say that I'm a ship-owner and trader. Others, the British, call me pirate.
- Greatest disappointment?
My greatest disappointment is that I lost her in the past, a hole in my heart and my soul.
- Greatest source of joy?
Finding Elyse again, knowing in my soul that we were meant to be together, that my life is now whole, if we can escape the lies of the past.
- What do you do to entertain yourself or have fun?
Chasing down the British, sending their ships to the bottom of the sea. I'm quite good at it actually, but that has put a price on my head. It's worth it. It's called revenge.
- What is your greatest personal failing, in your view?
The life I lost before, losing her in that other life.
- What keeps you awake at night?
The loss of my family, my father, and her.
- What is the most pressing problem you have at the moment?
Eluding the British and Barrington and keeping her safe.
- Is there something that you need or want that you don’t have? For yourself or for someone important to you?
Making Barrington pay for what he did to my family - the lies, the betrayal, and finally being able to let go of the past.

Twenty five books and counting! Or is it twenty six? Very possibly by the time this is posted. I started this crazy journey a few years ago, after reading several historical romances then declaring "I can do this!" Husband, always supportive. replied, "Then do it!" And she did, as the saying goes. Along the way, there were two romantic suspense novels and a time-travel novel, and two film options... But I digress. My current series is a historical murder mystery with a hint of romance, starting with A Deadly Affair, Angus Brodie and Mikaela Forsythe, Murder Mystery Book 1, with Book 2 to be released soon, followed by Book 3, and... We live in the Sierra Mountains outside of Yosemite National Park and when not writing my next book, we hit the trails on our horses.
