E - Ensemble Cast. I love writing groups of friends and co-workers who take care of each other—on and off the job.
R - Raleigh, North Carolina is the setting for the entire series, although there are a few scenes in Under Fire that take place in Washington, DC and the fictional town of Gossamer Falls, North Carolina.
F - Friends-to-More is probably my favorite romance trope. Zane and Tessa deserve a happily ever after and finding it with each other makes it even sweeter.
I - Intelligent and devious villain.
R - Relationship focused romantic suspense. The romance, the camaraderie, and depth of commitment these characters share is the crucial to the story.
E - Edge of your seat suspense. What’s a good romantic suspense without explosions, gunfire, knife fights, and more?
