About women Pinkerton Agents in this time period of the old west.

I edit as I draft; that works for me.

Creme Brulee
9--Describe your writing space/office!
I'm fortunate to now have a separate office where I can close the door; when I started writing I was a closet writer, literally in a large close in our former house.

Diana Gabaldon

The Black Lyon by Jude Devereaux; then the Outlander series
12--Tell us about when you got “the call.” (when you found out your book was going to be published)
I sent three copies of the proposal for my first book; and received two contract offer. I was really in trouble then since I didn't have an agent. I got one right away.
13--What’s your favorite genre to read?
Historical Mystery with a hint of romance
14--What’s your favorite movie?
Ghost and Mrs. Muir (an oldie but a goodie)
15--What is your favorite season?
Definitely Fall. The changing of seasons and snuggling in front of a fire.

Out to dinner with my favorite cowboy at the Cowboy Tavern.

I don't watch a lot of television, but it would have to be Heaven is for Real.

19--What do you do when you have free time?
What is that?! Free time is spent developing the next book. Authors, at least the ones I know, tend to have OCD.

Twenty five books and counting! Or is it twenty six? Very possibly by the time this is posted. I started this crazy journey a few years ago, after reading several historical romances then declaring "I can do this!" Husband, always supportive. replied, "Then do it!" And she did, as the saying goes. Along the way, there were two romantic suspense novels and a time-travel novel, and two film options... But I digress. My current series is a historical murder mystery with a hint of romance, starting with A Deadly Affair, Angus Brodie and Mikaela Forsythe, Murder Mystery Book 1, with Book 2 to be released soon, followed by Book 3, and... We live in the Sierra Mountains outside of Yosemite National Park and when not writing my next book, we hit the trails on our horses.
