Hi there! I write a contemporary romance series with the sixth in the series releasing this January. My Rescue Me series is set in a fictional animal shelter in St. Louis and has a small-town feel. These romances feature happily ever afters for their two- and four-legged stars, include various tropes (friends to lovers, enemies to lovers, second chances, secret identity, etc.), and are more heart-warming than spicy.

For starters: I like big mutts, and I cannot lie. (Just kidding, I like dogs of all sizes and breeds and have a soft spot for corgis, probably because what they lack in stature, they make up for in heart).
The nitty-gritty: I’m an animal-loving romance writer native to the midwest who not only writes love stories set in a fictional animal shelter but who also has real-life rescue pets of her own (dogs and cats). I’ve been a sucker for happily-ever-after endings since I was a teenager and strive to create characters who become like long-time friends over the course of the series.
A little extra: When I’m not writing, I’m most often hanging out with my furbabies or my nearly full-grown kids, hiking, or gardening. Oh yeah, I love to cook and often include recipes in my author newsletter.
What I’m looking for in my ideal reader match:
