I am better at cooking then baking. I just don't have the baking touch. I do love scones though. My grandma made some wonderful ones but i let her keep the clotted cream.

Re: Earl Interrupted (1:21pm January 7, 2018):
I like them all but I think the first line of the second one was the best.
"With your own blessed hands, you have healed me and given me back my life." He should just say then I would be ever honored if you will be my wife.
I have a thing for rhyming lol.
Re: Heart on Fire (1:15pm January 7, 2018):
You list is pretty good. I agree with your #1... Family. My hubby and boys are who set my heart on fire. Even after 18 years my hubby still makes my heart stop.
Re: Collision Course (1:12pm January 7, 2018):

I also love Tea (loose leaf tea) i can spend hours in the tea shop i go to. Those boys make some awesome custom teas. If it is a cold fall/winter day you will find me in my chair with a book, tea, fuzzy socks and normally chocolate around somewhere.

Re: Fire Danger (3:51pm July 23, 2016):

My mom is my biggest supporter besides my hubby... Sorry for your loss but I know they are super proud of you... Sounds like a great read/listen.
Re: In The Company Of Wolves (12:23pm December 8, 2015):
I think there would be a lot of joking going on, pranks, plus the need to prove himself to the alpha wolves. So there would be a lot of mistakes to learn from but also parts where he could prove himself.
Re: Live for the Day (5:48pm November 17, 2015):
Sounds like an interesting read. I love military romance and add angst like this and I am all about it. Love how you live in your head there is nothing wrong with it. :)
Re: If the Shoe Kills (2:37pm November 19, 2014):
We normally go over to my cousin's (closest family as everyone else lives out of state) for thanksgiving. Her hubby is a chef and I normally just bring over a pie and some wine. Then the boys watch football and we just enjoy ourselves no stress just family and good times.
Re: Wicked Temptation (10:51am June 5, 2014):
I grew up wanting to be an artist... But my dream for myself is to make enough money to be able to pay my bills, send my boys to college, and retire with hubby and be able to travel where ever we want. I am not talking loaded rich here... Just enough to be able to live comfortably without any bills lol
Re: Cottonmouth and the River (3:12pm May 11, 2014):

Re: Legend Of The Highland Dragon (12:12pm December 6, 2013):
I haven't been a Secretary but I do work at a Property Management Office as an Assistant to my boss... I like to refer to myself as the gopher or filing lady... As I go for a lot of things mostly lunch for everyone one.. File a lot and get buzzed to grab random files... When I do make phone calls I am doing it on behalf of my boss or one of the property managers and I have to be nice... Sometimes it isn't that easy. Besides being the gopher i reconcile the accounts and keep the books up to date (main job) but only have to do that like 2 times a month... I like doing my job but mostly when nobody is bothering me and I can actually get the filing and accounts done. Hopefully the new year will bless me with an actually accounting job so I can deal with numbers and not people :)
Re: Rugged Hearts (2:53pm December 4, 2013):
I am very blessed to have a wonderful husband and 2 crazy boys... I enjoy spending time with them and in the case of my boys Love seeing their faces light up when Santa brings them gifts... Also seeing them take part in our churches christmas program is also very special for me. I had the pleasure of meeting you at LLRAW this year and being introduced to your books. :)
Re: Down Range (9:39am December 2, 2013):
OK I haven't read any of your books yet but I just marked them as TBR... I am proud wife of a Marine Veteran and love Military Romances... I have to say I love the fact that you got the stamp of approval from a seal... That makes me know the action and terms in your book are accurate :) I like when terms are accurate and situations are believable :)
Re: Born Wild (6:26pm November 3, 2013):
This sounds like a great book... Love Seal/ Co-Ops books. Plus adding in a bike shop as cover :) Yep you caught my attention
Re: The Officer And The Secret (4:02pm July 19, 2013):
Hubby was in the marines and letters kept us connected as when he was in they didn't have internet access (if they did it was limited) and there was no such thing as skype lol. I got to do a video conference though his squadron when he was deployed it was super nice and our son loved it. He spent almost two years on Mt Fuji and he did have internet and we webcam chatted at least 3 times a week. but I would send him emails (call him every other) even if there wasn't anything new he liked knowing. I sent boxes full of random things he really likes snoopy and garfield so i would get the little stuffed snoopy's and garfield from hallmark every holiday and send him them with goodies from home, pictures, letters (we still wrote letters and cards) even though email was there because sometimes it is easier to express yourself with writing in your own hand vs the computer font :). I also sent him dvd's of home video's from everything from our son jumping on the bed, cook outs with friends, birthdays, christmas, random i love yous (the little things he missed i had recorded so he could see them too)... He got out in 2008 after serving 8 years... Can't tell you how much easier it is to keep in contact thoughout deployments. When he first got it i remember checking the mail for a letter, because he had told me in his last one he would be sending more in a few days ;) I have every letter and card he ever sent me though our 14 years together and 10 years of marriage. You celebrate the big things but make sure to make the small things matter also :)
Re: It Had To Be You (8:06pm June 5, 2013):

Re: Dream Nights with the CEO (7:55pm June 5, 2013):

Re: A Man for All Seasons (3:43pm April 19, 2013):
Yes, I toss salt over my left shoulder to keep bad sprits away if salt spills, I do believe in Karma and that what you put out will come back.. I also believe in ghosts, angels, god and pray for my loved ones every night.
Re: Bite Me, Your Grace (11:31pm April 11, 2013):
Sounds like a fun read... Thank you for the chance
Re: Sinner's Heart (8:25pm April 3, 2013):
Ok... I love this series... I normally read a series in order if i know it is a series... But if i get a book that is in a series and i like it i will go back and buy the whole series so i can catch up and reread books... I have done this with may series books... I actually started Sherrilyn Kenyons Darkhunter series on book 2 and kept buying the series as i couldn't find Fantasy Lover for like a year and ended up with books 2-7 before i finally got my hands on it. lol
Re: Lush (8:10pm April 3, 2013):
I haven't read any in the delicious series but i have read other books... I love her bound by magic series and do have these books on my tbr list.. I would love a copy as she is such a great writer.
Re: Protector (4:19pm March 3, 2013):
I normally take my kindle everywhere with me... Can't run out of books or books to buy lol... Vacation I like taking a couple paperback because i like reading in bed and after a long day of family time nothing like reading a couple chapters or the whole book then going to bed lol.
Re: Wait Until Dark (3:26pm March 1, 2013):
Sounds like a great read... I love Military Based Romances and this sounds like a great series adding it to my TBR list.
Re: Hot Ticket (1:07pm February 28, 2013):
A good friend is someone who is always there... Even if time passes and you haven't talked in awhile... It is if time never passed... You have a way of talking without saying anything and laugh at random things only you know about... Not to mention the feeling of knowing this person will always have your back no matter what.
Re: Checkmate, My Lord (4:38pm February 22, 2013):
I love reading a book and then the secondary characters attract your attention and get their own books to continue a series... A author who is perfect at this is Sherrilyn Kenyon... Each book you read of hers you find someone new or an additional character you want to know more about.
Re: The Eldritch Conspiracy (1:41pm February 12, 2013):
I think it is a toss up... Some do justice to the book for example I loved the Lord of the Rings but Harry Potter left a lot out even though it was very good... Not to keen on the Twilight... Kinda scared to watch the Hobbit though because they messed with the story line... Percy Jackson... Left stuff out even though it was a good movie(my son loved it)... Where are the other books though... I hate when they make a movie and then don't finish the series.
Re: Fly Away Peta (7:29pm February 8, 2013):

Re: After the Rain (10:01am January 21, 2013):
I don't think there is many things I would do over... I would change a couple stupid things i did when i was younger but of course i learned from them so there was a lesson learned... I would change that how i responded to somethings as my mouth tends to work before my brain sometimes lol. Love the new cover glad you got to do a redo on stories you felt could be expanded on. Thanks

Re: Finding Home (12:17pm January 13, 2013):
My favorite memory is going to northern wisconsin to visit my grandparents... We would help out in the barns of my cousins houses milkin cows, feeding them, and roaming the country side picking wild berries...Parents didn't worry as they knew where we were and you can hear someone yelling for miles... Loved being outdoors fishing, strawberry picking and stare at the stars... When my dad retired we moved to northern WI when I was in 7th grade got a huge farm house in the country... Some of my favorite memories from that is laying on the hood of my now hubby's car wrapped in a blanket in his arms staring at the stars and just talking... We we go home we still do this except we have two evil boys who are with us and it is normally on a blanket on the ground next to a fire.
