He needs to be trained/mentored by the older wolves.

I think they would make him do things that he might think where dumb but really teaching him.
(Jennifer Beck 7:12pm December 3, 2015)
He's probably go through a lot of bullying or tough love so he'd grow into his alpha male role of being able to protect others and fending well for himself... maybe?
(Lisa L. 7:54pm December 3, 2015)
Learn from his mistakes... grow as an individual to shine when the time is right.
(Colleen Conklin 8:14pm December 3, 2015)
He would need to overstep boundaries or make errors of
judgement in his youthful irreverence. Then he would need
help getting out of trouble.
(G. Bisbjerg 1:02am December 4, 2015)
Fall for him.
(Marissa Yip-Young 6:11am December 4, 2015)
Listen and watch from the older and wiser and learn from mistakes that he makes .
(Joan Thrasher 12:58pm December 4, 2015)
Tough love would probably work, but a strong guiding hand
might be better.
(Sandy Haber 4:15pm December 4, 2015)
He might face challenges from the older ones or be less listened to in matters of decisions made. Thanks for the contests

Have enough confidence in himself and what he wants to become to get him through the teasing, training, and emotions
(Brenda Rumsey 8:54am December 5, 2015)
I think he should keep his mouth shut and his eyes and ears
open and learn as much as he can.
(Janie McGaugh 12:44pm December 6, 2015)
Needs to be alone alot.
(Emily Stemp 11:32am December 6, 2015)
Usually, they feel the need to prove themselves to the others to assert that they're part of the team and deserve to be there!
(Nicole Potter 8:03pm December 6, 2015)
Train, jump and Love!!!
(Sharon Sommer 8:17pm December 6, 2015)
he probably gets all the chores and also a lot of tough
(Diane Sallans 12:51pm December 7, 2015)
He has to learn and go through rites of passage the same as other.
(Nadine Stacy 1:39pm December 7, 2015)
He'd have to undergo something similar to fraternity
hazing from his peers and lengthy period of mentoring and
training from the elders. Probably something like growing
up in ancient Sparta.
(Irene Menge 3:19pm December 7, 2015)
(Emily Stemp 9:57am December 8, 2015)
Face challenges and take risks - as well as lots of mentoring and running the gauntlet, as it were - rites of passage, as mentioned by other readers.
(Felicia Ciaudelli 10:42am December 8, 2015)
I think there would be a lot of joking going on, pranks, plus the
need to prove himself to the alpha wolves. So there would be a lot
of mistakes to learn from but also parts where he could prove
(Jeannie Platt 12:23pm December 8, 2015)
I am sure there would be hazing at the very least and depending on the older ones, there could be some macho posturing and/or fighting to prove superiority.
(Shirley Cochran 2:55pm December 8, 2015)
would have to be one heck of a fighter and wise.
(Angela Parrish 3:11pm December 8, 2015)
#1. The ability to endure good-natured ribbing by the older-
#2. Share a 6 pack with "the pack" and remain standing.
#3. Prove he can shift faster than those older-wiser wolves.
#4. Show them he can: get the girl! Ha-ha.
