Re: Sazerac Seduction (3:47pm October 10, 2010):

My dream man would be someone who would love me for who I am (faults and all!), would want to take care of me physically, emotionally and financially. He must be clean, have a good sense of humor, be a good conversationalist and must love to go fishing. Where are you man of my dreams!

Re: Building Magic (9:04am October 3, 2010):

I'm a big sci-fi buff so Alien Revealed sounds good to me. And flipping is a good way to keep the mind going. You never what's gonna come out of it! Thanks.

Re: Love Me (4:02pm September 24, 2010):

I go for the hunky guy covers every time. Thanks.

Re: Rebel (8:18am September 15, 2010):

I enjoy reading apocaliptic stories. I will read anything about the paranormal. I find it interesting how the heroine/hero manage to gather the tools and supplies necessary to survive whatever is to come and how they find the strength to go on. I would love to have this trilogy. Thanks.

Re: Royal Blood (8:00am September 7, 2010):

Funny and scary? Count me in! Thanks.

Re: Warrior (7:55am September 7, 2010):

Sexy men in tall boots? I'm in! Thanks.

Re: Deadly Fear (5:50pm August 26, 2010):

I love paranormal characters because of the unexpected quality each one has. No two are alike which make for a more interesting story. Just like with humans, variety is the spice of life. And I don't have a problem relating to them. Regarding being in a killers mind? Thanks not for me. I rather be told what's in there, and leave it to my imagination as to where it goes from there.

Re: Monster in Miniature (2:34pm July 30, 2010):

I read just about anything but prefer sci-fi and paranormal. And if there's a mystery in the story, well, all the better! As for your reshelving project, I'll leave that for you. Just make it easy for us oldtimers to find what we're looking for without too much trouble. Thanks.

Re: The Ark (6:37pm July 29, 2010):

I love being able to escape into an action thriller. Looking forward to reading The Ark. Thanks.

Re: Tomb With A View (4:09pm July 20, 2010):

I definitely believe in ghosts. I've seen many unexplained things that I can only chalk up to ghostly activity.

Re: Ice Cold (3:57pm July 13, 2010):

Sounds like a good book to snuggle up on the sofa with. Probably won't be able to put it down either. Thanks.

Re: To Conquer a Highlander (10:53am July 13, 2010):

I collect anything with eagles on it, including books. Thanks.

Re: The Wild Irish Sea (3:42pm July 8, 2010):

I've wanted one of those cottages by the sea also. Reading about it will be the next best thing for me. Thanks.

Re: Rapture Untamed (8:59pm June 29, 2010):

I prefer standalones. If written well, a single story can relay all the necessary facts about a character and leave just enough unsaid so the reader can fill in the blanks. I like that.

Re: Captive of Sin (9:04am November 25, 2009):

A man who gives his word and keeps it is indeed an attractive man. It shows a depth of soul that is very hard to find these days. I'd love to win a copy. Thanks.

Re: Rainwater (7:36pm November 7, 2009):

I'll watch a book trailer if it's readily available, but it never influences my decision to purchase. I prefer an excerpt because they allow me to make my own picture of the characters in the book.

Re: One Lucky Cowboy (9:41am November 5, 2009):

Great interview. Jane Day has a neat sense of humor and sounds like an all round good character in the book. I'd love to read the "Lucky" books. Thanks.

Re: Final Approach (9:16am November 1, 2009):

I always buy candy that I like cause if there's any left, I get to eat good stuff! Although, I don't know that I've every met a candy I didn't like. ;)

Re: Mr. Darcy Vampyre (2:40pm October 28, 2009):

Another book to add to my TBR list! Thanks.

Re: The Lute And The Liar (4:13pm October 7, 2009):

To experience life, I believe that every now and then you have to get out of your comfort zone. Try it, you might just like it. And you are then usually tempted to try something else. It's a stepping stone to bigger and better things. I think this probably applies to writing too.

Re: Demon Ex Machina (8:32am October 6, 2009):

So when the elves are done with your kitchen, will ya please send them over to my place? And tell them to bring the chocolates with 'em! Thanks.

Re: Red Hot Lies (2:38pm August 30, 2009):

I like being on the outside of the story looking in. It gives me a perspective not always seen by the main characters and I'm able to choose who I hook on to in the story. And its not always the hero or heroine!

Re: Haunting Beauty (11:04am August 29, 2009):

I definately would go back and change a decision I made when I was younger. I try not to live in the past, but sometimes it comes back to bite me in the butt! We make choices, good, bad, or indifferent, and have to live with them. And you do your best with those decisions.

Re: Feels Like The First Time (2:00pm August 27, 2009):

I'd probably dress as a nurse, say WWI era. I'm a caregiver and love helping people so at a costume ball this would probably represent me best.

Re: The Treasures Of Venice (1:54pm August 27, 2009):

I guess the thing we celebrate the most (outside the normal stuff) is when someone gets a pay raise. And it usually means a trip to Red Lobster! Poor me. ;)

Re: In the Master's Bed (12:33pm August 24, 2009):

Back to school means "Ahhhhh.." I finally have time to sit down, take a deep breath, and dive into one of my many TBR's. All without being interrupted. Yippee! ;)

Re: Gordath Wood (8:28pm August 23, 2009):

I'm a late night reader but I've never had book characters jump from the page into my bed! Not that it wouldn't be interesting, but I usually make up my own dream fantasies with people I want to get to "know" better.

Re: The Fixer Upper (8:20pm August 23, 2009):

My mom was an avid reader and inhaled anything and everything that came thru her hands. I must have inherited that gene cause I'm the same way. I don't care much what people think of what I read. If they don't like it, that's their problem and they can just get over it. Besides, my friends and I like to swap books, so usually, anything goes! Besides, empty calories in the brain, chocolate in the tummy. It's a great combination and kinda equals itself out, don't ya think? ;)

Re: Tortured (9:59am August 18, 2009):

I wonder if people would line up for that job! Thanks for writing about such an intriguing concept. I'd love to read Tortured.

Re: Beloved Vampire (8:30pm August 17, 2009):

I don't like a whiny anything! That is the biggest turn off ever.

Re: Breaking Loose (10:40am August 13, 2009):

OMG! As the memories sweep over me, I'm remembering all the panting, petting, sweating, and heavy breathing in a '57 Chevy convertible! ;)

Re: Nothing But Scandal (11:59am August 7, 2009):

I like to be the heroine when I read a book. The strong visuals and emotions written into a story help bring the heroine to life. Most often I have nothing in common with her but it gives me the opportunity to fantasize, and takes me away from reality for a while.

Re: Hot Pursuit (6:06pm August 2, 2009):

I'm not much of a library person. I found that I do not purchase as many new books as I used to because of my pinched wallet. I do go to the thrift shops more now and find some good not-to-out-of-date books.

Re: Seduce Me (3:06pm July 29, 2009):

I like love scenes to be very sensual. The setting up of the scene is often more important than the sex. That sensation of "being there" is what pulls me into the scene and makes it come alive.

Re: The Diva Takes The Cake (9:17am July 24, 2009):

Looking forward to reading this book. Thanks.
