In addition to writing books, I love to read them. I’m a fan of anything with a dark bent—horrors, thrillers, gothic fantasy… And I adore watching documentaries and true crime shows, as well as anything wrapped around a mystery or an element of the paranormal. I live in Texas, where I spend my free time cooking nutritious plant-based meals, hunting for increasingly bizarre thrifted treasures, and perpetually pretending it’s fall (even when it is fall because it’s really only fall here when it’s winter). If I don’t wander a forest at regular intervals throughout the year, I begin to unravel.
