Re: Last Chance Knit & Stitch (12:57pm September 25, 2013):

Well I will be darn..some one else raised the way I was. I used to hate trying the clothes on but did enjoy the new things. I also tried to find excuses why something I didn't care for really did not fit anymore but mom caught unto that trick rather fast. ha ha

Your books are new to me but I don't know how I missed them. They are the kind I like..down home and a small town type book. I run a library for friend and neighbor here in the rural area and have a table of author's promo items, if you care to send me some things I will support the books and let other people know about you. You can email me at: [email protected] for my address. Glad to help you if I can. sue

Re: Abigail And Mistletoe (5:31pm October 22, 2012):

Hi, it's me again to comment on your new book. It sounds so good. We are heading down in your area this Sunday and hope the trees are still colorful. sue

Re: I Own The Dawn (9:57am August 2, 2012):

Things of nature stirs my heart..so much that many takes for granted. Your books sounds very good and if I were to win any I will share by placing them in the small community library I run to serve my rural area. sue Leech [email protected]

Re: Tangle Of Need (8:38am May 28, 2012):

This book sounds quite interesting and love the cover. I would like to tell you about the small community library I run and I have a table for author's promo items if you care to send me some of yours I will place them for my visitors to see. I do this free. Send items to: sue Leech, 1273 Strahan rd., New Columbia, PA 17856 and I will pass the word around. I review what you write and can surly feel your books would go well with many of my visitors if they heard about them and could add to their own private libraries at home. It would means sales for you. sue [email protected]

Re: Miss Hillary Schools a Scoundrel (7:53pm February 28, 2012):

this book sounds so good. susan leech [email protected]

Re: A Simple Winter (10:45am October 15, 2011):

Having lived in Lancaster county for nearly 14 years..these books means so much to me. I love the area down there..I am now 150 miles north/central and we have the Amish here too but not the same as in Lancaster county. susan Leech

Re: A Simple Winter (10:42am October 15, 2011):

A Simple Spring is the name of the second book. Lancaster series is a great series. Thanks for your article and hope you have a great day. susan Leech [email protected]

Re: In The Heat Of The Bite (11:31am July 19, 2011):

We are having a heat wave here so what a great way to stay cool then to be inside with a/c running and read a hot book. This book sure sounds like it will do the trick so please enter me in the contest and I will stay on the edge of my seat to hear if I win. Love the cover..it is HOT too. It's okay to be independent as a lady and I use the word lady very loosely. ha ha susan Leech [email protected]

Re: Blood Sin (10:59am April 22, 2011):

Blood Sin sounds very interesting. I have just started reading vampire stories and not sure why I didn't before..I am at retirement age so think it is about time I tried them. I now have them added to my favorites and realized I missed out on much good reading. [email protected]

Re: Hidden Embers (10:55am April 22, 2011):

Spring is a welcome sight after a hard winter..budding of the trees..fresh new flowers getting awake after sleeping in the soil all winter. Our birds who took a winter vacation returns so we can enjoy them again. I had two sons born in the spring which was special times for me WAY BACK THEN. ha ha I think the most remembered thing is when I open the windows and allow all the stale and winter air to leave and all the fresh new spring air comes in. As a kid I loved it when I came home from school and my mom would have AIRED THE HOUSE OUT as she called it. I could go on and on but I just love so much about spring. susan Leech [email protected]

Re: The Shadow Guard (7:55am April 5, 2011):

I have to agree with Mary P. I like to make my own image up. Course now Law and Order. SVU's Elliot Stabler is one I can imagine reading about. I think I watch the show just to see him. ha susan Leech

Re: A Taste of Seduction (9:47am March 12, 2011):

This sounds like a great book. I just came home from being in the hospital all hooked up but I wasn't thinking of a book..You are awesome. I do hope this finds you well and on the lookout for spring. It has been an awful two months here..between having respirtory failure, having a tree fall down and crushed our new riding mower and then being flooded and surrounded with 10 inches of water..I am so ready for spring and lots of sun. Happy St.Patrick's day. susan Leech

Re: Royal Blood (10:55pm December 5, 2010):

I try and give home made gifts every year as I love to put myself into each gift. I also want to wish you a quick recovery after your fall. I hope this will not dampen your Christmas spirit. Merry Christmas. susan Leech

Re: A Dog Named Slugger (8:19pm November 30, 2010):

Miranda and Charlie and the Great Cupcake Caper is the next book and it sounds good to. susan L.

Re: Sidney Sheldon's After the Darkness (7:28pm September 14, 2010):

Now you really have my interest and would love to read this story. Thanks so much for sharing with us and taking your time for me. susan L.

Re: Rebel (7:21pm September 14, 2010):

Thanks for sharing your news here and love the sound and looks of your books. I spent the past two days in the hospital with close friends of mine and just getting to you and I wanted to tell you how much your books interest me. I am new to your books but sure happy to meet you at least. susan L.

Re: Sworn To Protect (5:25pm June 25, 2010):

I always feel face life each day and do what must be done for each situation. I worked with all men in a machine shop doing a man's job, I worked as security officer to protect other people's property and I have helped so many weaker women face life and keep going and most of these were done after I was pronouced dead after a stroke that took five days of my life away. GOD had a purpose for me after the stroke deal and I feel I did a lot of help and support to many people who needed it. I never asked for a reward..just the feeling of knowing I helped some one out there who needed it. susan L.

Re: Sworn To Protect (5:20pm June 25, 2010):

I would love to win this book. I learnt this lesson early in life when I was abandoned by my own parents and it has gotten me over a lot of hard times. I think Sworn To Protect sounds like an awesome book and sure would like to be lucky winner. Have a good day. susan L.

Re: His At Night (8:31am May 26, 2010):

I entered your contest and happy to hear of your new release. I hope you much success with your book. susan L.

Re: Sex And The Single Earl (9:08am May 20, 2010):

Being from a small town ..I can relate to books about small towns and those who are city dwellers should enjoy the small town idea just to get away from all the hassle. ha ha I hope I am in time for the contest but with so many comments already I fear my chances are slim. I still wanted to add my comment and please keep the small town books coming as I look forward to them very much. Have a good day. susan L.

Re: The You I Never Knew (11:06am March 15, 2010):

Love a book where I can unwind and just read, relax and laugh. I love the cover of your books. susan L.

Re: The Edge of Winter (9:54am February 22, 2010):

I love to read Christmas books around the holiday as well as during the winter. Susan Wiggs has seasonal books out too. I can only remember one by Susan and it's Summer at Willow Lake also think One Restless Summer by Toni Blake was really good. Notice I perfer winter or summer..not really the case but these are the books that came to mind. ha susan L.

Re: The Cowboy From Christmas Past (2:39pm February 10, 2010):

glad to be entered in the contest. Snakes are not my favorite critters. Happy Valentine's Day to you.

Re: The Keepers Of Sulbreth (9:16pm January 15, 2010):

I have read and gotten a book just because of the name of the hero or some one in the book. I also named my one child from a book I had read while being pregnant and I liked the name so well. susan L.

Re: Fugitive (11:30am January 5, 2010):

Love meeting everyone in here..it brings the book more closer. I am so glad to have had the chance to read this. I hope to get lucky here and maybe get into another book. susan L.

Re: Dangerous Highlander (1:06pm January 4, 2010):

Donna, thanks for sharing some behind the scene with us. I can see where it can be upsetting at times..many times I am sure. I just enjoy your books and hope you continue to deal with the upsets so we get good books to read. ha ah Happy New Year. Today I turn 63 and guess where I am spending the day..here with all of you. susan L.

Re: The Beautiful Being (1:58pm December 18, 2009):

What a true deal this is. I love to read but never even considered being the author. I am glad there are you who loves to spin words and make such a good story but it's not for me. I am glad there are those who can be nurses too as we all need them sometime in our lives but that's also not for me. I think we all should be happy for whatever we find talent fits to and do not try to be something or some one we just don't have the knowledge to do. I want to wish you and yours Merry Christmas now and may we meet many times along the trail of words and books in 2010. susan L.

Re: Dark Legacy (4:08pm November 25, 2009):

Anna, loved your post here..I have the book Dark Legacy and just got it..thanks to you. I won the butterfly purse and the book and love them so much. I just wanted to tell everyone here how wonderful you are and the book will be read next..have to finish one I started but after getting Dark Legacy I am excited to get started on it. Sounds so cool. Happy Thanksgiving. Thanks you and I will enjoy my purse so much. susan L.

Re: Captive of Sin (4:02pm November 25, 2009):

I truly enjoyed your post and I too think hero (a man of honor) can become a special friend in all our minds. We all need that hero worship to make it thru a day and sometimes even a week. ha susan L.

Re: Rainwater (9:12pm November 7, 2009):

Sandra, I am not sure what to say..right now I am speechless. My husband came in while I was viewing the trailer for RAINWATER and was instantly attracted to this book. Now you are hearing from a man who does not read books but the comment he said has me in shock. He said " I think I could get into that book. I am so in shock I have made at least a half dozen errors in typing this up to you..thank heavens for error corrections. ha ha I had to write and tell you this bit of news. There may be hope I can still get him into reading more as I always pictured him and me setting down in the evenings and reading together. Thanks for what you have done so far. susan L.

Re: Rainwater (9:04pm November 7, 2009):

I watch a lot of book trailers as they give me the feel for the book and sometimes just the way it is presented I get a better feel or view of how the author intended the story to be. I even decided on a book after thinking I was not interested but the trailer changed my mind. susan L.

Re: Rainwater (9:02pm November 7, 2009):

Re: One Lucky Cowboy (10:14am November 5, 2009):

Carolyn, what a great idea for an interview. I LOVED IT!!! I hate to say I have not read your books but they sure are on my list now..that is why I am here on the web sites//to find new authors. I retired and have more time to read books so I want to see what I have been missing and you are one great author I am sorry I missed all these years. I sure hope to make it up and I love western style romance so much. The closest thing I could find to a real cowboy was a country boy but I guess he was my cup of tea as we just celebrated 46 years together as man and wife. I think it will last!!! ha ha Have a good day. susan leech

Re: What The Duke Desires (2:33pm October 29, 2009):

Being abandoned at birth my biggest chance of a family was in books and I loved to read about families and what they did together. I guess I missed having a family more than I realized and I still seek out such books even tho I have raised a family of my own and now have grandchildren and great grands..it still reflects back to when I was growing up and NOT having a true family. I also enjoyed shows like the Brady Bunch and Little House as there I found a family setting to enjoy. susan L.

Re: The Promise (5:12pm October 11, 2009):

I have a system that's working for me concerning my books. I have two cloth bags one is new books and the other is older issue of back list books. I read one or two new ones than get one or two older ones out and read them. This way I sorta keep up to date on current reads as well as read back list books and get them read. I had to put some aside when I worked 40 hours but by now I can read more each week. susan L.

Re: The Promise (5:07pm October 11, 2009):

Time sure does fly by. I can't believe my children are all in their 40's and I am great grandma 5 times already. I have to admit I do not feel my age nor do I act it. ha ha Last week my daughter stopped in and asked what I was reading..she was shock to see a sexy book by my chair. I reminded her I wasn't dead yet..just retired. ha ha I had to add my comment here as I love this group of people and of course the nice prize would really make me happy. I love and cherish my books. I want to say thank you for all who makes this possible too. susan L.

Re: A Hollywood Ending (5:02pm October 11, 2009):

I would like to say thank you for such a great contest..I would love to win just like all who is entered here as it sure is an awesome prize. I need to say you are so wonderful to offer all of us a chance to enter and go for this prize. Thank you for your support. susan L.

Re: A Hollywood Ending (5:00pm October 11, 2009):

My favorites who I followed and seen good changes in are quite a few but to name a few I have to start with Carly Phillips; Fern Micheals;Nora Roberts; Debbie Maccomber and BJ Daniels. I have even more as I love to read and have way too many good authors..what a full room I would have if they could all be here with me. ha ha susan L.

Re: The Cowboy From Christmas Past (12:00pm September 14, 2009):

The cover of Cowboy From Christmas Past reminds me of country singer George Strait. susan L.

Re: The Cowboy From Christmas Past (11:59am September 14, 2009):

Love the books and also like that you share family news with me..the animals sure have good home and I know you enjoy them. I am a cat lover and have one whose very spoiled. I just entered your fresh fiction contest and wanted to see a comment to this also. I love books and read every day now that I am retired and have more time. Have a great day. susan L.

Re: Within Striking Distance (11:34am September 10, 2009):

I am so with you about all these tv commercials..after hearing all the side affects why would anyone even consider trying them. I am so glad some one else out there feels the way I do. Some of the commercials are down right stupid..one in particular stating if the side affect lasts for more than 4 hours see your doctor..EXCUSE ME can you imagine a man going to the doctor's office in such a state. Unreal !!!!. I do like what you came up with about writing books and so on. As I am just a reader I will chance the side affects of reading a book if you are willing to chance the side affects of writing it. ha ha After all NOT READING has side affects too...like the saying..use it or lose it and I want to use my brain while I have one. ha ha Take care susan L.

Re: Dark Hunger (10:05pm August 5, 2009):

Hi Rita..just me again to say good to see you are here. susan L.

Re: The Guernsey Literary And Potato Peel Pie Society (4:00pm July 7, 2009):

The book I could not really feel much over was THE BRIDGES OF MADISON COUNTY..but I liked the movie. It could had been just me or bad timing but I tried reading the book twice and could never get to the end of it. Susan L.

Re: Everywhere She Turns (12:16pm July 5, 2009):

Hi Debra..I raised four children on what you might call a "shoe string budget" we made lots of soups to make a meal go further..now a days this habit is a good idea again especially for large familes as it can go much further and still be healthly. I do alot still even tho all the kids are out on their own,,this gives me book money for my habit. ha

Re: Everywhere She Turns (10:19am July 4, 2009):

happy 4th of July and I hope this counts in the contest . I sure feel lucky today..we have so much to be thankful for today and always. Love your books and sure would be nice to win . I will keep my fingers crossed. ha ha
