Review: TO LOVE A WOLF by Paige Tyler

Falling in love is never easy but falling for a member of SWAT takes a certain kind of woman. But for that woman TO LOVE A WOLF takes a miracle. Cooper Landry wasn't looking for love but when he comes upon Everly Danu that's just what happens. Of course, their first meeting is interrupted by a bank robbery with Cooper on the inside. Well he has to do his duty and save everyone but to do so just might expose his true self.

Everly Danu was at the bank innocently doing errands and talking to a gorgeous hunk of man and just when things get interesting ... it really goes crazy. Her hunk turns out to be a member of SWAT and he saves the day. And makes a date for the future. But just when things are going really good, they go bad, when the truth comes out just what Cooper is. It isn't possible to forgive him when the truth brings back horrible memories of her mother's death. Maybe it is possible but is it too late?

TO LOVE A WOLF has a number of interesting twists and emotional ups and downs that will have the readers heart racing. I loved Cooper from the past "SWAT" books as he is the one who did his best to keep the secrets of his teammates and I wanted him to get his HEA. Things go wonderfully smooth for Everly and him so the readers should have known something was coming but what did was so unexpected I am still reeling from the turn of events. I liked the way the women of the teammates jumped in to help out Everly with a little girl talk about why she is having so much trouble getting over Cooper. But, of course, they had no idea that talk would put the girl's life in jeopardy. In my humble opinion author Paige Tyler knows how to do steamy romance with thought provoking situations while packing a lot of action as well as emotional upheaval in one very well put together story. This of course goes into my TRA shelf and I can't wait for the next one.
