Cleo Coyle’s Freaky 5-Minute Fudge

twitterbookbubInstagramamazonpinterestgoodreadsfacebook
This delicious fudge will β€œfreak out” your family because you can make it in just five minutes! Pour one 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk into a microwave safe bowl. Slice in 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Stir in one 12- ounce bag of semisweet chocolate chips. Microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring between bursts. (Tip: You want to heat the chocolate mixture in short bursts so you don’t burn it!) When melted and smooth, stir in: ΒΌ teaspoon Kosher salt, 1- 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract, and Β½ cup Nutella chocolate-hazelnut spread. Do not microwave again, simply stir well, folding from the bottom, working the mixture until it is completely smooth and blended. Pour the mixture into an 8- inch square pan that’s been crisscrossed with parchment paper. (Tip: Allow the paper to hang over the edges of the pan and you will create handles.) With the back of a spoon, level off the surface. Chill the pan of fudge for 3 hours. Using your parchment paper handles, lift the fudge block out of the pan. Cut into bite-size squares and eat with joy! For an illustrated PDF of this recipe, click here. Fudge by Cleo Coyle
