Recipe

My favorite summer recipe to make with my 7yo son. It's easy as sin and
healthy.
I buy a bag of frozen mixed fruit. Into the blender, I put half a teaspoon of
salt and about 1 cup of water and 3 cups of fruit. Whiz away, adding water as
needed to get the proper smoothie consistency. Pour and serve. It makes at
least three very large drinks. An easy way to get fruit into him.
If I really want to make it a treat, I add a tablespoon or two of sweetened
condensed milk and mix lightly right at the end.
Other ideas:
2 parts cherries and 1 part strawberries is also a wonderfully sophisticated
taste.
Equal parts mango and peach was the biggest hit at his preschool/kindergarten.
