Best Christmas morning egg casserole, quick and easy. You can pop in oven and
open presents.
- 1 PKG ORE IDA hash browns country style
- 4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 pound
ham (optional)
- 8 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Place hash browns in the bottom of a greased 13"x 9" baking dish. Sprinkle with
cheese and ham. In a bowl beat the eggs, milk, salt. Pour over ham mixture.
Cover and bake 325 degrees for about an hour. Uncover and bake for 15-20 minutes
until golden
brown.
