Whenever i smell tangerines it always reminds me of 'Xmas when i was a child.
The first year my mom re-married. At my grandparents house above the lake. All the family accepted us as real family, not step-kids. It was great, and that house (reg house, nothing special) on the hill with land to roam and a lake at the bottom of the hill to get into all kinds of trouble (we were pre-teens after all). Lakes in the winter bring this back to me. New family and beginings.
