Some of the most romantic times have been when my husband and I stayed in a
cabin in the Smoky Mountains. The air was crisp, clear, and it snowed. We stayed
inside, looking out the window watching the snow gently falling, while the
fireplace crackled with a most welcome warmth!
Last year the weather was just bad enough that the Christmas gathering was put off for a few days. The hubby and I got to spend it together relaxed and calm. Love family and seeing them and all, but it was a relief to just relax and not have to stress about getting to everyone house on time and everything that's involved. And we spent some quality time together! That is very special!
