Summer is here!! I hope your summer is full of adventure, happy memories, and, of course, lots of great books!
When I was a kid, I used to keep track of all the books I’d read over the summer. (Yep, you are looking at a former library summer reading competition champ right here!) I loved writing down the titles of all my books, and I would highlight the books that were particular favorites for me. This summer, I decided to return to my childhood. Well, sort of return.
I’m going to keep a log of all the books I read over the summer months.
And I have a few that are already on my TBR list…

First up, Rebecca Zanetti has a new series starting with ONE CURSED ROSE. I love Rebecca’s writing, and this book promises to be a “dark romance” that I am sure to enjoy! It’s described as being a retelling of Beauty and the Beast. Ahem. I do adore Beauty and the Beast…

Next on my list? Well, I want to vary things up a bit, so I think I’ll sink into a dark thriller. Jennifer Hunter’s THE LOST VICTIM looks deliciously dark and twisty, and I plan to curl up and get lost in the story.

My third must-read? I’ll be checking out JOHN, the hot new romantic suspense by Anna Blakely. Her Delta team heroes are fierce! When I read her books, I know I will be in for a wild, fun ride.
Do you keep a log of your books? And are you looking forward to any particular releases this summer?
Believe in monsters. They believe in you.
