Re: Dead Head (3:32pm April 13, 2010):

I have the best nieghbors there is. Recently my husband had fallen (he's handicaped) and I couldn't lift hin into the chair. I knew my neighbor next door was awake at 6am and I ran over to ask for help. He came over and helped my husband into a chair, then said " Your closest family is your next door neighbor". How true. Thankfully my husband is on the mend and getting better every day. I'd really enjoy reading your book.

Re: Promise Me Tonight (9:24pm February 12, 2010):

Good luck with your book. I love reading everything I get my hands on and hope I win. Happy Valentines Day to all.

Re: Twenties Girl (1:34pm December 27, 2009):

I love reading about locations set in TX, Wy, and Mt. They are my favorites. I enjoy the historic and modern day ones. But I read everything I get my hands on, including junk mail[now thats really bad]

Re: Kitty's House Of Horrors (1:12pm December 27, 2009):

After reading this, I guess I'll have to start looking for all the Kitty Norville novels. They sound very interesing.

Re: Willoughby's Return (5:02pm November 12, 2009):

To live back in historical days and wear those gowns. Well. maybe for a night or two. I'd miss my shorts and tank tops too much, let alone run bare food on the beach. Here's another book to add to my list.

Re: Love You To Death (4:42pm November 12, 2009):

I just added "Love You to Death" to my list of I'm going to get them. Sounds like a GREAT book that I'd be very interested in.

Re: The Cowboy From Christmas Past (8:27pm November 8, 2009):

Enjoyed your column. I learned to cook at an early age. My Mom was a terrible cook. She fried everything and shoe leather probably would have tasted better. I loved your Cowboys by the Dozen series and read them twice already. They are Keepers. Looking forward to your latest book.

Re: Rainwater (8:40pm November 7, 2009):

I usually don't watch book trailers but I decided to watch yours. Great job for only 3 days. I'll look forward to others now. Good luck with your book.

Re: One Lucky Cowboy (8:54pm November 5, 2009):

I'm going book shopping tomorrow (the stores will be closed by thr time I got there tonight). Your book is on my list. I loved the interview with Jane Day. I got a chuckle out of it. Jane must be a real pistol. Oh, by the way, I'm no relation to Jane even if we have the same last name (Ha Ha).

Re: Finger Lickin' Fifteen (6:00pm October 17, 2009):

Ilove background info. I have to many favorites to mention. I haven't read any Janet Evanovich books, but I will now. Until 11 yrs ago I lived in NJ. Now I'm in sunny and HOT SWFL.

Re: A Marquis To Marry (9:19pm October 14, 2009):

I can't wait to get to my local bookstore. This sounds great. Seriues books used to drive me up a wall because I buy so many books, but I've solved the problem. I carry a little note book in my pocketbook with all the names of the books I want and the next book in a series for that month. Your books go in as soon as I end this plog. It sounds GREAT and good luck with it.

Re: Shades of Twilight (2:57pm September 26, 2009):

I lived up North until 11 years ago. There were book signings all the time. Here in SWF there haven't been very many so you snowbird authors the weather is great down here, okay so it's the rainy season. But it's almost over so think about coming down here. There's lots of shopping centers with book stores.

Re: What I Did For Love (10:15am September 19, 2009):

My husband says when I have my nose in a book the house could be burning down and I'd never know it.HOW TRUE. So what if the wash is piled sky high and there's two baskets of ironing to do (yes, I'm one of those people that still irons),I'll get to it someday when I've finished a book I'm reading. If I have to go out for some reason, I'll take the book with me or read the last few pages. I know thats bad but I always go back to where I ended it.

Re: The Vampire Diaries: The Awakening And The Struggle (11:39am September 13, 2009):

So many of Nora Roberts books have been made into movies and I think I've read and seen everyone of them. She's a great author. But I would love to see Tina Leonards " Cowboys by the Dozen made into a series. That would be a riot.

Re: Tears Of Pearl (4:51pm September 2, 2009):

To travel and do reasearch has to be wonderful.I love anything historical. My oldest grandaughter is engaged to a high school history teacher. Too bad he lives 1,200 miles away, we could compare notes. GOOD LUCK with your books.

Re: The Treasures Of Venice (4:52pm August 27, 2009):

Congrats on your new book. I probably would have fainted if I ever got the CALL. I celebrated this past monday with my nieghbors. Their children and my grandchildren went back to school. We danced in the street. Let's hope we see a third book in the makin'.

Re: Tortured (3:23pm August 18, 2009):

Once the snow birds leave SWFL stores don't order as many books so I have to travel to find what I'm looking for. Your book sounds like Great reading. If I don't win I'll be out driving again.

Re: Breaking Loose (12:12pm August 13, 2009):

This a book that not only I would read but my husband would too. Sounds like a book that once you pick it up, you can't put it down.

Re: The Diva Takes The Cake (6:36pm July 23, 2009):

This past Saturday we had number 2 daughters wedding at the house. It was beautiful. Our number 1 daughter was here from NJ and her wedding some years ago did not go as smoothly. She broke her ankle on the dance floor and was wheeled through the hospital in her wedding gown. If I win your book, I promise not to read the end of the book first.Even if it's very tempting.

Re: Waking Nightmare (9:41pm July 22, 2009):

It's been a crazy house here for the past two weeks.Number 2 daughter got married and the day before we had to move the cermony to the house becuse my husband hurt his back and he's handicap to begin with. Thank goodness my house was clean.Number 1 daughter was here for 10 days with her 2 youngest from NJ. They lefy tis afternoon to go to SeaWorld for a few days before flying home. I' ready to sit back and relax with a good book.

Re: Queen Takes King (9:12pm June 20, 2009):

This is GREAT. I like to see who wrote the books I read. Only make the photos larger.

Re: Dragons Prefer Blondes (5:27pm May 23, 2009):

I usually start off with a list of books, until I get to the store. Then it's four or five more books that I didn't plan on buying. I try to read a book in one or two days. I also have to smuggle them into the house so my husband doesn't see all of them.

Re: Paradise Valley (3:01pm April 11, 2009):

Just finished the last of the Montana Creeds series. I loved it. Linda Lael Miller is the greatest.
