My Valentine Surprise

My husband and I were supposed to go to Hawaii for Valentine's Day, our dream vacation, but I got the flu and couldn't travel. I felt so badly about it, but Howie wouldn't let me feel sorry for myself. Instead, on Valentine's Day, he took me into our living room, blind-folded, and then he took off the blind-fold and before me was a luau of succulent Hawaiian foods, paper cut-outs of hunky Hawaiian men, and he, dressed up in a grass skirt, lei and a ukele. We ate and he sang Don Ho songs. He was wonderful and it was better than any 'real' vacation. Thank you, darling!
