Pat's Apple Spice Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box Spice Cake mix
  • 1 can apple pie filling
  • 1/3 C apple butter
  • 3 large eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter and flour 9x13 baking pan.

Using medium-sized bowl, combine dry cake mix with apple pie filling, apple butter, and eggs. (Do not add oil or water) Stir until mixed well. Check directions on box for length of baking time. When cake has baked and cooled, coat surface with a light dusting of confectioner's sugar.
