I've been making Dr. Joel Fuhrland's Skinny Shake recipe since January, but it's
even more perfect for summer. It's easy, fast, delicious, cool, and packed with
nutrients. It's perfect as written, but sometimes I add bananas or whatever
fruit I have in the house. I even added vegetables once but didn't care for the
result. Here's the original recipe:
Skinny Shake
Ingredients
1 cup of ice
4 oz of pomegranate juice
1 cup frozen strawberries
Squeeze of lemon
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender and enjoy. Add water to reach your desired
consistency.
*Note: Instead of using ice, I use a cup of cold water.
