My recipe for sad cake is quick and easy. It's also very popular at parties
since it's so easy to make.
- 1 box brown sugar

1 package of biscuit mix

1/4 cup oil
-
4 eggs

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1 cup of chocolate chips (optional)
Mix the first 4
ingredients together with a wooden spoon. Then add the others and pour into a
prepared 13" X 9" pan and bake for approximately 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Start checking at 20 minutes. And enjoy.
This recipe gets its name from the
fact that the cake rises up real pretty and then sinks down and becomes chewy.
