Hobo Potatoes (grill recipe)

Slice Peeled Potatoes thinly in a sheet of tin foil. Slice up some onion, and layer on top of the potatoes. Add salt and pepper, and dot with good portions of margarine. Continue to layer the potatoes and onions. Fold up foil so all ends are sealed, and place on rack of grill. Cook until potatoes are done, approximately one hour or so. When checking to see if they're done, be careful of the steam that will escape when opening.
