Valentine, To Thine Own Self Be Good!

Valentine's Day is traditionally about love and matters of the heart. Yet too often we don't think about those things regarding ourselves. We know that to really love another we first must love ourselves, and we do, but we don't typically prove it in ways we do with others. So this Valentine's Day, remember it's love day. Do something loving for yourself. Think about all your good qualities, all of the ways you show love to those you do love. Shower yourself with kindness, compassion, forgiveness--all you need to feel as special as you are!
