I hate exercise bikes, so the baking would win out. However, I would bake the TollHouse refrigerator cookies. I never have enough time to make from scratch unless I plan ahead. My cats won't supervisor (they only do that when I am writing), but the dogs will.

After looking at the listing of superheros in Wikipedia, I have to choose Harry Blackstone Copperfield Dresden. Now there is a dark and dangerous soul that can't seem to get a break in the relationship arena. He would treasure the one he wins and fight tooth and nail to protect them.
